Hey guys, does anyone know how much of fat pad very fit men have? Part of my PE goal involves losing weight as there is pretty big difference for me between my NBPEL and my BPEL
It really varies person-to-person but generally you're going to reduce that area as you drop body fat, and seems to correlate especially with a reduction in visceral fat.
FWIW... I'm just over 5'-9" at 150 lbs, pretty fit, with maybe 1/4"-1/2" of fat pad at the most.
