I've gone up to 16 lb and every time I've gone up to 15 and 16 lb and hung for 2 hours I got a blisters, which required to take at least a month off have done this three times with this device

The owner recommends no more than 8 lb for an hour at a time. What currently I'm doing is compression first then with the lower weight vacuum hanging

And being careful with this because do not want any downtime for this hanger

Has anyone used 13, 16 or 20 lb for an hour using this safely without any blisters or injuries?

I personally don't use the Stealth hanger (use Totalman), but I do struggle with blisters.

First and foremost, you probably don't have to wait that long before resuming vac hanging if you get a blister. What works well for me is taking a sewing needle, sanitize it, then poke a hole in the blister. Drain all the fluid but don't peal the skin. Then check every few hours to make sure the hole doesn't reseal and fluid doesn't build up again. It should scab and heal over in 2-3 days. You can start hanging again within 3-5 days depending on the size of the blister.

As for the cause of the blisters, are you building your way up to 16lbs? If so, are you taking breaks during that 2 hour set? Are you using tape? I use to get blisters all the time, especially during my first month of hanging due to not having toughened the skin. Now after months of hanging and ADS work, I basically have a callous built up on my tip. Note, this is only with 5-6lbs on average. Can hang for 1-2ish hours without breaks and not get blisters, but highly doubt I could do 10lbs or more without getting blisters.

From what I understand, anything above 15lbs+ vac hanging you're getting into the range where blisters are somewhat unavoidable unless done very cautiously. Have only seen a handful of people on here saying they're vac hanging that weight with that much time. All of them being very experienced.

On a side note, what do you think of the Stealth Vac Hanger overall? I considered buying one the other day but didn't due to the high dollar tag attached to it.

Thank you. Will have to come back to this thread if blister occurs. One time had 5-10 blisters , major and minor ones, and had to wait over one month. Yes, have built way up to 16 lbs. (no currently havent gone hogher than 8 lbs on vac hanger) do 2-4 sets compression , heavier first before vac hanging. But yes, have done 13 lbs smoothly with no blisters for an hour at a time. Wasnt untill got to 15-16 lbs that got that first blister. Then got one at 13 lbs. From experience with a vac hanger, no more than an hour, at a time. I dont like hard rules but for now , cool.

Is callous on end of head permanent or does it go down after a few hours?

I discolored end of glans from after about 1000-1500 hours it became noticable discolored. It has faded some as I hang four sets compression but not at the lbs I once did. Vacuum hanging causes it to be callous like hard, but it goes away after thirty minutes or so

I think its its best vac hanging system made. I have a Phallosan Forte , and the two sleeves broke, again, when using 13-16 lbs. They were replaced , and broke the next two in two weeks. Stealths saber skin, is state of the art. Its very durable, nice brown, lighter color, and while one did tear using 16 lbs , their customer service has been execellent and replaced it. Btw on the cups in my expirience, when measuring them using Stealths cup measuring system, round up a size or two, because when I got them they were too small, and a bit too small. One size fits. One size doesnt not work but I have not asked for a replacement because I have one cup that works. I will if it goes down

It sounds like you might just want to try and build up that callous. Mine does not go away after a few hours. Its legitimately hardened skin, similar to callouses on your hands. Think of it like scar tissue. It does go away, just takes about a week or so of not using a vac hanger at all to do so (just peels off).

I rarely ever get discoloration now with how good my blood flow is. Very active and eat super healthy. Can hang for every bit of an hour or two and barely get any discoloration. Not sure about 1000+ consecutive hours of hanging, have yet to get that far without decon weeks/months off.

I might have to give it a go then. The Totalman hanger is awesome for the value, but have been having trouble with air gaps as I go up in weight. I talked with Mike (Totalman owner) about it and they are aware of the issue. Supposedly they're coming out with a new cup design soon, though no release date has been announced yet.

Would a callous cause brush burn in her vagina?

Discoloration is from compression hanging

If do compression and vac, the discoloration and or callous, is lessened as vac hanger pumps up the head, Compression shrinks it(proper technique to get as much blood as possible out of the head is manatary compression hanging ) (First injury was because of this)

The callous does not cause any sort of issue with sex. My girl didn't even notice it until I mentioned it one day. Its basically just skin that's scabbed over. It sounds like its rough to the touch, but really its just leather like skin.

Gotcha. I don't compression hang. Have tried to do so a few times with the Totalman compression hanger but have never gotten it to work. Think it has to do with the fact that I'm heavily tapered. My girth at my base is 5.25 and at the head is 4.25.
