Yelling and screaming top of my lungs while pulling my dick, while driving , on a day off work, to another city. I did this earlier this week. I'm not able to grunt like this because I live with people, and we're on different work shifts. I try with two hands like a manual stretch article mentions. I've heard baby powder, or a peice of cloth? What is the best kind of cloth? Any other tips?
I can usually pull longer sometimes than 10 secs but too long and grip seems to fade . I alternate left and right hand.
Tip #1:
Please don't try to stretch while driving. And please no screaming
Tip #2:
The best substance to stop slippage is liquid gym chalk. Magnesium Carbonate must be the active ingredient.
The 2nd best option is to wrap the penis with a custom cut strip of Theraband, a latex exercise band.
There is trouble shooting with either option, but nothing else will work as good.
If you can stop slippage you will eliminate a lot of false sympathetic tension in your hands and be able to hold your stretches longer with relative ease.
I've posted on this in the past here:
Get a grip, and gain.
Tip #3:
Overhand grip. That means palms down (pronated). The grip should be placed directly behind the glans with most of the grip being made with your index finger and partially with your middle finger.
Tip #4:
The glans will be enclosed by part of the middle finger, the ring (annular) finger, and pinky. You will want to initiate your grip with those fingers squeezing the blood out of the glans. If you have too much blood in your glans before you pull on the penis, you will be effectively dry jelqing with extreme force and will be sure to cause painful burst capillaries around the meatus.
So keep it totally flaccid. And never use an engorged glans as a wedge in your grip.
Tip #5:
Alternate hands frequently. Don't try to hold a stretch for much more than 1 to 1.5 minutes or you will start to develop repetitive strain injuries in your fingers. I sometimes stretch it out to 2 minutes if I'm feeling strong and there's no fatigue, but don't force your hands to overwork.
Tip #6:
Treat your training always as a practice in skills development. You are constantly learning about your limitations and tolerances.
Tip #7:
Especially if you are a beginner reading this, don't feel compelled to spend a lot of time on stretching. Just 5 to 15 minutes tops daily. I don't think there's a need for anybody to dedicate more than 30 minutes total time to a manual stretching session. There are different thoughts on this and you could probably do several very short sessions throughout the day and that might even have a better effect.
Tip #8:
Stretching in all directions is going to stress the skin in different directions under your grip. It might be more likely to cause scuffing and other minor skin injuries.
So it's best to limit the directions to stretching straight out and straight down until you start to get the swing of this craft.
