Hey Team

Not sure when you or I get best results?

Sometimes I like a porn induced 100 percent erection plus firm ok grip jelqing

But I also see results from 60-80 percent erection along with a lighter grip on my jelq

I'm at 5.5 from 4.75 looking to take it to the next level.

Depends what you're going after / your routine.

If for girth, then erect squeezes and ULI's are your friend (among other exercises).

If for length, then you need to be at least half and do stretches.

Same if you're going for both--you need to push the blood from sub-base all the way through the shaft to the base of the glans and not be at 100%.

5.5 is length? Girth?

Let me say first that I've been at this a while, so my erection is fairly well conditioned.

I jelq at high erection levels and lower. I do my main jelqing after I edge. I do some edging every evening, trying to ride the 90% erection level. I will get up to 100% at the end, do a good hard kegel to get it full, then stop.

Then as the erection subsides I will jelq. Usually starting at 80-90%. I do slow jelqs to try to get the thing fully expanded. I use a grip firm enough to get good expansion.

I do 40 jelqs at this point, using over hand grip jelqing downwards at an angle.

By the end of the set I am usually down to a 70% erection. (But at times it will stay at 80%. )

I then do 50 upwards jelqs. My grip is less and I do it this way to just get an even workout.

Then I will be at 60-70%, and do 60 jelqs straight out from my body. Generally by the end of these there sets I am at about 50% erection.

That being said, I believe that jelqing at high erection levels is not best for good results. I have noted that I feel better when I jelq at 70%. It seems to work better. But like a lot of people I have a hard time staying at 70%. Either it subsides too quickly or gets too hard. By starting from an erect state and working backwards, so to speak, I am able to do more at t he 70% level.

They peat hey PEarhlete!

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your life routine.

You need a pretty firm / hard grip to feel this though? Also I'm wondering 1 thing, so I've heard you should start all the way to the base to get even gains. What happens if I don't start all the way to the base? Do I get more gains in the middle / upper shaft (below glans)? And what can I do if I have a huge turkey neck? It makes it pretty difficult / impossible to start at the base, but tbh, I wouldn't really mind more gains in the middle and below glans since that's where I'm lacking the most. Am I good to go with the jelqs?

I think you need a fairly firm grip. You'll feel how hard when you try.

I start at the base but also adjust as the stroke goes upwards, so as to be sure all the way along I am doing some work.
I have a turkey neck going on, so when I start the ok grip I do so with a sort of cork screw twist to get a good, well, grip.

Btw, isn't it something that you have to be careful where and how you pressure? I think a read a couple of years ago that you should be careful about applying pressure on the top of your dick because of the dorsal vein or something like that, and you should apply more pressure to the sides or is this false? And you just apply even pressure everywhere, and you don't really have to be very careful?

I am always careful. Always. I never do any PE without being very aware of the amount of pressure and how it feels.

I do not place a great deal of pressure on the top, just enough to be sure I have a good grip. Most of the work is done on the sides, on the corpus cavernosum I think its called. Once you get the hang of you will be able to control the grip so as to put the pressure in the right spot.
