Yes you can edge but if you feel like your PI's are suffering then you may want to limit how long or how many times a week you edge. Edging is the last part of the workout then followed by warmdown/cooldown.

one question about the hot cloth for warmup/warmdown
is it necessary?

Warm up/warm down is a must to help prevent injuries yet improve better gains!

Sorry, yes the question is: which is better or has more gains for flaccid hang? And what supplements compliment said exercises?

I'm not up on the supplements. Can't tell you anything there.

Personally I do both. I do the LAS and manual stretch as a warmup for my routine. I do fowfers just before sleeping and the position during sleep to maintain a more consistent and fuller hang. Personally I think a combination therein is your best bet from my experience.

this is my first post :)
started the JP's routine last week.. i did some pe a couple of years back, but never got into it ( done it once a week for two months).. i am just wondering, can i use bathmate along this routine? can i use it directly after i do the Jp's routine? been sing the bathmate for two months now, but only temporary results in girth, any thoughts on that device, or should i rather just focus on the JP's pe routine? tnx guys..

Just wanted to say thanks for the routine. Tried it, really good for a beginner. Did it over a few months, noticing some gains now. Not as much as I would like to see, but I'm positive and confident in this system. Hopefully the progress will be a steady increase and by next year I will be rocking my dream of a 7 incher lol.

Hi, i am new here and and really hard to understand the excersie the way u explained like hwta is LOT? TUG?.... and my lenght is not big in erect penis and also in flaccid... so kindly guide me how to start in a easy way.. and also wana ask that i think hve lil bit ED coz of a lot masterbation... errection comes bit later after rubbing much... so still i can do excersie.. any help would be appreciable....

Hey, I'm new to PE and I want to start this. I tried reading for the answer to my question but couldnt find it.

If I feel tugging in all directions then what is my LOT. And what does this mean, will it be hard for me to get gains or easier.

You have tight ligaments. The stretching portion of my routine should give you some fairly quick gains. Stay within the routine as written.

I had a question about kegel while stretching...
Is better to have hold kegel (something around 10 seconds) while stretching or just the quick kegel
or some combinations.......

Must say this is me into my 6th week on the JP 90 and I've not noticed any change, I'm going to stick at it though!

For me this is all about size gains if possible, I'm fortunate enough to have no problems with erection quality before the start I've always been able to get rock hard. I also without really knowing its name have always been able to keegle and have strong keegle muscles, for example if I wanted I can hold a keelgle for 1 minute if I so wished.
My routine which works for me right now timewise, as I'm doing it in secret is I can do my lubricated Jelqs and v-jelqs 100/60, 100/60, 100/60 respectively in the morning before my shower, I then do my stretches later in the day (all as per the routine again) It might be I have tight ligs, I feel strong tug in all directions during streching/keegeling probably least when going straight out.
At the start I got morning wood but to be honest I don't really get it anymore.
This morning I tried less pressure / squeezing during my Jelq session so I'll see if that helps any. I previously quite liked the strong(er) pressure during jelqs but with me not gaining I wonder if it was too hard? I quite often get pin prick sized red dots during a stronger session but they do fade over say 12 hours and certainly gone by the next mornings session. I also get a little edema (fluid build up) in the end of my foreskin if I do a stronger session but again this fades over the next 6 hours or so.
After a session I guess it remains 'plump' for a little while but then fades quite quickly after that and back to normal size, it certainly doesn't stay plump all day for example.
I try to abstain from ejaculating as much as possible, in the past say 3 weeks I've only allwed myself to cum twice which was during my 2 rest days.
Suplements, I only take a multi vitamin once a day.

Any advice, guideance or pointers from senior members would be apreciated.

spend on stretching routine as jp90?
and

JP90, what do you think about the stretch between eggs? or the btc= between the cheeks?
is effective?

I have been doing kegels for some time now, and just started this routine a few days ago.
Yesterday I did the LOT you mentioned and I have tug in all directions, it is a little less at 6 oclock, but very definite ..... is that good or bad, what do I need to adjust?
