Well of course.... eventually the point of this whole forum is to last longer during sex. Is there some other point?

You know there is no cure for premature ejaculation - this exercise is no exception. Does edging cure you? Does RKs cure you? Does yoga cure you? Does death grip cure you? Does meditative breathing cure you? Maybe doing them all may help you, or eventually overcome it... Anyway, it will take at least months.

The point is to stretch the pelvic floor, the BC muscle more accurately. In this sense, it sure helps - at least me.

well i personally do believe that all of these things IS the cure for prem ejac, especially slow progressive sex with a patient, caring constant sex parter where you both slowly attack the most intense sexual positions together.
Thats how i cured my prem ejac. From 1 min to up to 1 hour. not masturbating to porn and dry jelqing and deathgrip have sed helped.
Yes, its hard to get a Good Sex partner, but i know its te best exercise/training. I am trying to find 1 or 2 wats people can cure prem ejac without needing real Sex. My theory right now is The dry death grip.... I hope it works fe everyone. So I was wondering if you or your pillow stretch guys are having any luck in the sack...

Damn, I did not realise I had any tension there. I found the sweet spot for that stretch and it's all thanks to Melanie Nunes' butt. I'll report back if I notice any "benefits."

Marcus- Im in the sameboat Im trying very hard to hopefully treat this PE and eventually have a cure despite what people may say. @ James you said you did jelging dry? WHY?

Crazy this is when i first had sex with my girlfriend, i didn't blow my load upon penetrating. Before a few weeks i do remember that I excersied and did jelging with lube, but I probably only last about 5 minutes.

Maybe the jelging and exercise did help and exercise. Remember exercise increases serotonin and is one of the leading causes to prevent premature ejaculation. So exersising at that time maybe helped in some way.

Maybe you cause your main pelvic floor muscles to become tired? I mean, every jelq stretch will reflex into a BC/PC contraction. I wonder if a lot of contractions would cause make it less strong, decreasing its intensity continuously...

Im not sure if my pelvic was weak at that time but I was jelging at 100 reps for about two weeks before we had sex so im not sure.. But after that i would continue to masterbate..Maybe that could of been the cause

Just tried this out for the first time, well what can I see, hmm, I do feel something there, but it's not strong, nevertheless gonna try this tomorrow.

I like doing this because I feel it relaxing, but I didn't realized such thing has a purpose. Now, I guess I will be doing this more often.

Hey guys,
I tried this today and only felt it in abs and just below. Pelvic floor is between ass and balls?? Not sure how you felt it their. I am most probably doing it wrong

Lifting legs one or two feet up from the ground seems a good exercise as it engages the core muscles of stomach. I think these are the muscles which needs to be worked out.

Okay, I tried this one today. I needed to put about 3 medium sized pillows under me in order to really make my penis the highest point of my body, and in order to really feel something in my pelvic region. Though, I have two problems. One is that my lower back REALLY hurts in that position. And the second problem is that you have said in the picture to stretch the legs. But, when I stretch my legs after some time they hurt and I need to leave them relaxed.

Well, try it!

I think that you will feel sore only if the exact muscles affected by this stretch are indeed tense. I really dont know which are those muscles, but if you have those already relaxed and dealt with, maybe thats why you dont feel it.
