Two different sessions: 15 min warm up, 15 min stretching,
15 min warm up, 15 min jelqing- while doing jelq, went into some random thoughts and lost track of no. of jelqs though i spent 15-20 mins on it. will be more careful next time.

some break in between.. started again yesterday.. 15 min warm up(rice sock), 15 min stretching, 10 min re warmup(rice sock), 20 min jelqing.. warm water bath. Have decided to do only rice sock warm up from now.. hopefully it will work out fine. Will keep the updates posted regularly now.

today: 15 min heatup, 15 min stretching, 10 min re heatup, 15 min jelqing, warm bath.
I warm my rice sock in Microwave for 1:30 minutes, i found that it stays really hot for nearly 11-12 minutes only, then it kind of turns just warm.. maybe i will try heating it for more time in microwave from tommorrow.

2 workouts 3 day before and today: similar workouts, will increase the intensity from next time. plan to increase it every weak till end of summer.

Got good time with sit down stretches also.. have to starat the normal gym too , am getting a bit fat from some time. will post by each session from now.

Sorry for not updating regularly for past couple of weeks, its been too hectic, though i have been doing regular exercises, nearly 1 on and 1 off routine.

3 more workouts, keeping the same intensity, will increase the intensity from next workout.
10 min warm up, 10 min stretching, 5 min re warm up, 15 min jelqing, warm down.
Stretching- bundled stretches, tunica tug, Inner Stretch.
Slow Jelqs, a couple of Ulis, Need to find some variation here!

2 more routines really regular. Feeling a bit lost , when i stopped PEing for a week last time, i saw the size of 5 inches, but when i PE regularly, i only see 4.5 inches geenrally. I think it may be due to that penis is tired due to exercises, though not sure if it happens with all. Also, feeling like i am loosing on the stamina, i have to work harder on my stamina , i think i am not getting a good blood circulation and hence not getting the required blood in the penis. Huh!!, so many quesitions and confusions and time is running away, i have to get more serious here or i will just remain like that. Thinking of PEing for another month and then i will take a break for a week and see what the relaxed state of it is. Will try updating more regularly now.

i did one more workout 3-4 days earlier and am on a break on till atleast a couplel of weeks. Please comment if anybody has any sugggestions on how long should i take a break etc. Waiting to be back after the break.
