I know of pnf stretching but this can be used many ways what kind do you use?

I kegel to exhaustion and then stretch straight up for 30 seconds while focusing on relaxing my pc/bc. Then I do another 30 seconds stretching, still straight up, while kegeling hard. At this point I cannot hold a kegel longer than a few seconds at a time but I hold each one as long and as hard as I can to again reach exhaustion. Then I finish with a third 30 second straight up stretch while relaxing.
Then I don my xleeve and return to my day.
