I finally had about an hour of free time so I did some heavy girth work. Girth is now my focus after completing JP90. I did Horse Squeezes for the first time tonight. I liked them. Very intense. I held a ULI for 10 sec and took the rest of the 20 or 30 secs slowing make it down to the base. For my last squeeze I performed a ULI for 1 min but gently brought myself close to PONR during that minute with my free hand. It was a full 60 secs of 100% EQ. Is this a squeeze that has a name?

25 min warm

35 min edging (5, 30 sec Horse Squeezes, 5, 40 sec HS, 1, 1 min H&D)
20 min warmdown

For a simple reference I am going to be calling the squeezing exercise I described in the above post H&D's. One min ULI with constant stroking to the PONR. They blow your junk up! Damn!

Hey Hopeful,

I just looked at your signature. You gained .25 mid, and .75 Base in that short time! That's Awesome! Congratulations! I'm looking for 1-1.5 on base and Mid Girth... Encouraging to see results like these!
