New routine

My plan and views on my PE journey.

I have decided to change my workout for a few reasons and have had this plan since i started PEing. I have been on a pretty intense routine for a while now but today marks the start of a fresh lower intense one. Reason being, i feel as though my penis has been through alot and has now built up a kind of barrier or strenth because of it. I feel this will soon (if not already) slow up or stop gains. So i plan on breaking that barrier down a bit(make it weaker) over a few months or so depending on how it goes. I want to do this so that i can try to gain more in the future.

Another reason is so that i have more time to myself. My average workout took around 3-4 hours(sometimes 5-6) including warm ups and edging. Looking back on all the hard work and time i have spent on my buddy feels well worth it when i see what gains i have made so far. I am viewing this as kind of a maintaining/cementing(in a way)/staying conditioned/ any gains being a bonus.

To me PE is a lifelong journey, so there is no rush to accomplish my goals. I am totally happy with what i have and would not mind if i didn't gain for a while. With the routine i have i dont expect to. My girl friend will be happy if i dont grow more aswell as i have been hurting her with it recently... which is good for me but not for her. :(

I am still going to be on a 2 on 1 off for the time being, this could change in the future.

So here it is so far... nothing amazing just basically less time spent on my penis. It may change even more over the next few weeks.

Notice i have swapped around jelqs and stretches, this adds to my penis confusion therory and i plan on doing this every 6 weeks or so.

Routine

Warm up 15 mins - as usual, warming the groin area also.
Jelqs 20 mins plus Kegels. Including...
Normal jeqs in all directions, maimly downwards. (favorite)
Curling - curl slowly toward myself to help make my curve more pronounced. I spend most of the jelq time doing these. :)
Super slows (SS) - Extremely slow jelqs i.e 10 - 15 seconds. Great for head swell if dont correctly.
Side jelqs.
V-Jelqs 5 mins - focusing more on these now. Liking them alot more. :D
2nd Warm up 10 mins.
Stretches - 20 mins Including...
Normal in all directions. Again mainly downwards. (favorite) Plus you get more of a stretch.
Bundles (Twists) Not too many.
Side to side (STS)
Tunica tugs (TT's) Not too many.
Squeezes (Uli) x 5 held for 1 minute(usually). Most times moving hand slowly towards head.
Edge 30 mins - always without cumming. Kegels.
Warm down 15 mins

After thoughts

This is mostly what i did today(minus a few exercises) and what it will basically be from now on. I will drop out a few exercises usually but i wanted to show you all exercises that i do, even though i may not do them all on the same day. I might even keep some of them out permanently just to make it even more simple. As i said, i am now focusing on V-jelqs more as i have never really done them much. It will be interesting to see what i gain from them.

Edging will always be at least 30 minutes and i will never cum from it. I am still only cumming around once every 2 weeks. I really feel this makes such a big difference on gains.

I'm feeling good about this new smaller routine. :) Stay tuned!

Quick update.

PIs looked really good last night and early today. Morning and night wood (felt like a 9-10) were really good. Big flaccid hang allday after routine too. No tiredness and feel ready for tonight's workout. Will post it later.

So last night was pretty eventful. I took a day off, it wasn't intentional but with all the fun times i had i thought i would need one. ;)

I will do my workout today instead. Still feeling really good, all PIs good also.

After a well deserved rest from yesterday/evening/night edging sessions (sexy time), i am back to my routine. :)

Routine

Edging without popping - 40 mins (more sexy time)
3 hours rest before this workout.

Warm up 15 mins
Jelqs 20 mins in total - consisted of...
Normal J's 8 mins - Plus a few minutes of Super Slows.
Curling - 12 mins
V-Jelqs - 5 mins
3-5 second reps
Stretches 20 mins - consisted of...
Normal - in all directions
Side to side
Mandingo x 2 a side held for 30 secs for 2. Then 1 min for 2.
Also mini breaks to shake.
Squeezes
4 in total held for 1 then 2 minutes. - Last one sliding toward head super slowly.
Edge 30 mins
Didn't pop, still saving. :)
Warm down in shower

After thoughts

I am really thinking of my girl friends needs... already i am hitting the limit with both length and girth, but length is more of a worry to her. So because of that my workout is consisting of more girth work. I don't mind as long as she is happy. The last thing i want is to grow too big that sex is totally uncomfortable for her.

I'm really enjoying V-jelqs, i have never done them that much so now that is my focus. I have a really deep penis when looking at it from the side, but i want it thicker when looking from the top. Hopefully these V's will help with that abit.

I was really looking forward to extending at one point but due already hitting my gf's cervix that is now on hold. But as everything in life, when one door shuts, another opens. I am considering buying a pump. :D I've read they can be a lot of fun to use and are good for base plus overall girth, so i will consider it. Plus possibly clamping....

All in all it was a good workout. :)

Physiological Indicators for yesterdays workout.

Positive PIs
  • Definitely a larger flaccid
  • Morning wood is good- between 8 -10 EQ as usual.
  • Erection Quality is really good - 9 - 10 EQ.
  • Extremely easy to get an erection.
  • Normal size is good.
  • Horny as hell! Not popped in ages...
Negative PIs
  • No pain at all - Due to a smaller workout there is not much chance of pain.
  • No decreased night/morning wood.
  • No decreased hardness.
  • No numbness.
  • No discoloration - None at all.
  • No loss of size.
PIs looked amazing. This can really help keep your penis in good shape, i love it.

Nice log mate. So from 21/9/2011 to 1/1/2012 you were doing the more beginner style workout when you went from 6.0 to 6.8 and 5.2 to 5.5? Then afterwords u switched to the advanced one?

Hey SuperDude thanks for dropping in.

I did the basics for about 2 weeks when I started again in September. Each week after that I added time to the stretches and jelqs. I new what I was doing because it was the second time round and I had more knowledge.

I went up to just under 40 mins stretches and 38 mins jelqs! I really feel adding time got me where I am today. Right now I am backing off for abit and have gone back down to 20 mins each(mainly for my girl friend). I will do that for a month or two, see where I am, then start adding time once again.

You have nice gains too, congrats bro. :)

Routine

Warm up 17 mins
Jelqs 25 mins in total - consisted of...
Normal Jelqs 10 mins - Including 3 minutes doing Super Slows. Erection level 50-70% Kegels
Curling - 15 mins - Erection level 50-60% Kegels
V-Jelqs - 7 mins
3-5 second reps. Kegels
Stretches 15 mins - consisted of...
Normal - In all directions. Some kegels
Side to side
Bends
Also mini breaks to shake.
Squeezes
5 in total held for 1 minute x1 then 2 minutes x 4. Kegeled alot to keep hardness - Last one sliding toward head super slowly.
Edge 30 mins
Didn't pop.
Warm down 8 mins.

2 hour break before...

SEX!! 1 hour 30 mins 'ish' + 25 mins 'ish' handjob + Popped my load FINALLY!!

After thoughts

Good workout and an amazing night to follow! Finally popped my load, i think it had been around 2 weeks... now it's 2 weeks counting again starting from now! :) Once again it was a HUGE load lol. Feels so good still.

Day off today.

Warmed up for 10 minutes with rice sock and massaged. Stretched when i woke up and on bathroom breaks. Apart from that i left it alone. :)

In regards to your girlfriend, what position are you in when you "bottom out" (hit her cervix) with me it is usually when hubby pins my knees back whilst in missionary. If it is in a certain position, can you just not do that one when you get lost in the moment. I 'bottom out' in pretty much every position now, more so with the one you mentioned, doggy, her lying on her side, her on top.... The only one I can think of that i dont hit it, is when we are spooning. I decided to maintain rather than get longer just so she can get use to my length a bit more first. I'm thoughtful like that. :D

I will get longer, but not planning on it yet. Focusing more on girth now, she doesn't complain 'as much' with that lol.

As for cumming, I totally understand and agree with what you said. My gf always wants me too but because she knows why I do not do it, she ends up encouraging me not too! Had my ginger/green tea with honey and 1 L-arginine capsule, will most likely have another drink later. Really helps with the wood. ;)

New measurements!!

So the first of the month has come round and it's time to post my latest measurements...

I like to measure a few days leading up to the first of each month and on the day also. This is just to make sure i have a consistent and true result. I actually got my BPEL to exactly 7" last night for the first time ever!...But because it only happend once i am not including that result. I will wait another month and see if i had actually gained in length or not. One or two times i got it to 6.9 but 6.8 was more consistent, so that's what i am going with. It's nice to think there is alot of potential for the month coming up hehe!!

Now EG... *drum roll* i gained!! Last month i stayed at the same girth, but now it has gone from 5.5 - 5.6! Wooo! I actually got it to 5.7 on a few occasions but i am staying safe and sticking with 5.6! I will wait until next month to see if it really was 5.7 or just a fluke.

I am sooo happy! Thank you to the PE Forum and all you guys out there. I wouldn't be who or what i am without you. *Tear* :)
