New routine
My plan and views on my PE journey.
I have decided to change my workout for a few reasons and have had this plan since i started PEing. I have been on a pretty intense routine for a while now but today marks the start of a fresh lower intense one. Reason being, i feel as though my penis has been through alot and has now built up a kind of barrier or strenth because of it. I feel this will soon (if not already) slow up or stop gains. So i plan on breaking that barrier down a bit(make it weaker) over a few months or so depending on how it goes. I want to do this so that i can try to gain more in the future.
Another reason is so that i have more time to myself. My average workout took around 3-4 hours(sometimes 5-6) including warm ups and edging. Looking back on all the hard work and time i have spent on my buddy feels well worth it when i see what gains i have made so far. I am viewing this as kind of a maintaining/cementing(in a way)/staying conditioned/ any gains being a bonus.
To me PE is a lifelong journey, so there is no rush to accomplish my goals. I am totally happy with what i have and would not mind if i didn't gain for a while. With the routine i have i dont expect to. My girl friend will be happy if i dont grow more aswell as i have been hurting her with it recently... which is good for me but not for her.
I am still going to be on a 2 on 1 off for the time being, this could change in the future.
So here it is so far... nothing amazing just basically less time spent on my penis. It may change even more over the next few weeks.
Notice i have swapped around jelqs and stretches, this adds to my penis confusion therory and i plan on doing this every 6 weeks or so.
Routine
Warm up 15 mins - as usual, warming the groin area also.
Jelqs 20 mins plus Kegels. Including...
Normal jeqs in all directions, maimly downwards. (favorite)
Curling - curl slowly toward myself to help make my curve more pronounced. I spend most of the jelq time doing these.

Super slows (SS) - Extremely slow jelqs i.e 10 - 15 seconds. Great for head swell if dont correctly.
Side jelqs.
V-Jelqs 5 mins - focusing more on these now. Liking them alot more.

2nd Warm up 10 mins.
Stretches - 20 mins Including...
Normal in all directions. Again mainly downwards. (favorite) Plus you get more of a stretch.
Bundles (Twists) Not too many.
Side to side (STS)
Tunica tugs (TT's) Not too many.
Squeezes (Uli) x 5 held for 1 minute(usually). Most times moving hand slowly towards head.
Edge 30 mins - always without cumming. Kegels.
Warm down 15 mins
After thoughts
This is mostly what i did today(minus a few exercises) and what it will basically be from now on. I will drop out a few exercises usually but i wanted to show you all exercises that i do, even though i may not do them all on the same day. I might even keep some of them out permanently just to make it even more simple. As i said, i am now focusing on V-jelqs more as i have never really done them much. It will be interesting to see what i gain from them.
Edging will always be at least 30 minutes and i will never cum from it. I am still only cumming around once every 2 weeks. I really feel this makes such a big difference on gains.
I'm feeling good about this new smaller routine.
