The title pretty much says it all. I know that jelqs are also a length exercise but I'm wondering if I should just focus on stretches for length. I have an x4 extender and I was doing JP's 90 day except, instead of doing the stretche,s I'd just strap on the extender for a few hours and then do the jelqs (standard and "v"). I guess my question is this: Can my time be better spent doing something else besides jelqing? Should I keep Jelqing but do less of them? I need to lock down a routine because I keep messing around and I feel like I'm wasting time. Thanks in advance guys!
