I have worked out for years, I havent been as dedicated the last 6 months but I am 5'7", 5'8" depending on the masuring. I am told differently every time I check. I am 210 and pretty solid for a 45 year old geezer. My waste size is 34, so I guess I am not too fat. i could drop 10-15 lbs if I wanted to lean up but if I start lifting heavier again I can wear 225 pretty well.
