I have started packing rice socks around my unit when I hang.
Your set up sounds rather complicated. Is set up and take down time consuming?

Do you anticipate doing anything professionally with what you learn about PE?

Check out the pics. That is a neck traction unit that I bought for $49. It is a snap to put together and modify. Obviously the company probably had no idea anyone would use it for PE (ha ha), but it works as if it was made for it. Slides out from between the mattress and collapses in seconds. I slide it under the bed and that's that. I leave the water in the bag as it has a tight seal, so I'm not refilling it each time. Very easy. And if anyone asks that I don't particularly want them know what I'm doing with it, I'll just tell them what it is...it's a neck traction unit. Don't have to tell them which "neck" I'm stretching. Ha ha. I would bet you can find used ones on ebay for far less. Hey, if you're in Arizona, stop by and I'll show you how it works. Combined with the "thermal" unit, it's a great system!

I don't know about doing anything professionally with PE at this point, but it has crossed my mind. I feel like I have a lot to learn yet though. I'm still a newbie in my mind. Hoping I can help some other guys along the way.

It's a sad day in the crayrobs hanging camp...
I didn't want to post this, but I'm swallowing a little bit of pride and posting anyway in hopes of helping someone else avoid what I did.

When using a vacuum system to hang with, you've got to be extra careful to wrap/protect your head. If the protective cap or wrap is not tight or slips, it leaves an air space between your head and the protective layer. When the weight is applied, it creates a lot of vacuum force applied to a small area, and the result is a blister.

This morning, in a hurry, I quickly put on the protective cap, sheath, etc, added the weights (11.5 lbs), then started moving all over the house to make the coffee, feed the dog, shave, etc etc. The weights were swinging around under my bathrobe, and unbeknownst to me, the cap and sheath had slipped a little. At the end of my session, I had a nice, tense blister on the head of my penis.

I'm ticked off at myself because I know better! Now, I will have to back off until it heals.

Lesson learned... (1) if you're using vacuum attachments for hanging (or extending), make SURE you are taking your time to apply the protective cap and/or wrap! There should be NO air space.
(2) don't try to move around with your weights swinging everywhere - it increases the risk of slippage and air space

This is why I love my recumbant system. No movement, no slippage. But I was in a hurry this morning... price paid!

Damn!
Sorry to hear that, shipmate!
Have you endured blisters before? How long will you be out of commission?

I'm also pissed because the reason I was in a hurry is because I have to get up earlier than usual to do my routine BECAUSE I STILL HAVE A HOUSE FULL OF COMPANY! ARGH!!!!!!!

Sorry... need to blow off some steam. Gonna hit the gym real hard tonight after work...

ARGH Pirate, I'm gonna make 'em walk the plank!!

Had a few blisters in the past when I was using the extender with the vac mod head piece. I had gotten pretty good at avoiding them, but got careless.

Day two of rest. Turns out I'm on my way to a conference in another town tonight and tomorrow, so another day of rest is on schedule. Hopefully back to my routine on Sunday.

So your protocol is to switch to manual PE when hanging is not feasible?
Smart.

Yes - have been basically doing a version of JP90 day. I will continue this through this weekend, then hopefully resume my hanging routine on Monday.

Have been working on some great info on ED "gymers", so keep your eyes open in the next week or two.

Back on board mates.
Had quite a month. The injury healed quickly - no problems. But the reason why I've been gone is my computer was hacked and completely crashed. Not only crashed, but my email was hacked at the same time. This all occurred while we were moving offices. After two weeks of trying to clean my computer, my IT guru gave up and wiped everything away so I could start over.

So, where am I in regards to PE. Between the company, office move, and vacation, I've been off of PE except for occasional manual PE over the last 4 weeks. I am very happy to report that my measurements are stable. Nothing lost!

Will reinstate my routine and report back in soon. Good to be back to the gym!

I quite agree Vulcan. I was really pleased that I lost none of my gains.

Ha ha! I wonder if they'll figure out all the codes... BPEL, NBPEL, BPSFL... "Doctor storing secret codes on hard drive - suspected of having ties to underground."

Thanks, and good to be back to the gym.
