Just did my workout .. it was a good one .. Dick stayed flaccid, still seeing lines on my dick .. stretches were okay ..
EXCEPT
I did a warmup of just 7minutes (max) .. I have a lot of trouble warming up and down lately due to privacy reasons .. We're with 4 in the house and the bathroom is a very busy place in our house ..
I did a warmdown of 5minutes ..

It's still something but i feel stressed out just to warmup and warmdown .. normally my dick should feel loose and warm, now he feels warm but not as loose as a normal good (15 minutes) warmup .. I hate this and i can't do anything about it .. I hope i'll get back my old good warmups and warmdowns .. I also hope this doesn't affect my gains too hard .. we'll see .. I'm a bit discouraged now cause i know how important warmups and warmdowns are for my dick and for his health ..

Also note to self: don't masturbate more than one time a week (i know I said i'd masturbate 1 time every 2 weeks but this is really hard for me) .. My dick feels tired and he hangs not very loose after masturbation .. I hate the feeling ..

I'm gonna have to deal with these problems in the future .. Keep y'all updated :thumb:

Here's my daily update of 29/08/2011

DAILY UPDATE
- PEworkout: ONday, good workout, I do need to find a way to warmup and warmdown longer
- Vitamins: Vitamin C from orange juice, 1/4 of an union (I'm gonna put them in orange from now on, i didn't have all the basic vitamins today but it are still some vitamins i got today)
-
2 cups of green thea with honey: 2 cups of green thea with honey + 1 cup of camomile thea
-
Calcium: 2 glasses of milk
- Porn: day 2 :cool:
- Water: 0,22 gallons reached (1 liter)
- Masturbation: day 2 :cool:
- Gym: starting september ... Almost pumping iron :)
- Bad food: diet coke

That's it :) more GREEN in here .. Still can't let go of the diet coke .. It's because i love the feeling of the bubbles in the drink .. Water, orange juice, multivitamindrink, thea, milk .. all healthy but no bubbles in em ..

Vitamindrinks are normally going to be restored this week so that will also turn GREEN one of the days ..


Later this week (I think wednesday (still need to study untill then)) I need to reprint my old training schedule for the gym .. Shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, abs are my targets .. I don't do legs cause i played football for 10 years, they are really muscular, too muscular for now .. I want to balance my body so i target my upperbody most ..

Note: i don't fitness for the biggest biceps or anything like that .. I do it to stay healthy and to look good for the ladies .. Working out my body will also give me a better bloodflow wich in case will be positive for my PEadventure.

I workout 4 days a week .. And than i'm gonna do my 2days ON 1 day OFF routine of PE .. I HOPE I'LL BE ABLE TO KEEP ALL THAT WORK UP .. It's a lot of time i'm gonna spent on my body .. I also have work, collegue, parties, .. in my life. It's gonna be though but i'm gonna do the best i can :)

Feeling a bit depressed at the moment .. It's normally summer out here, good weather, beach weather .. (I live in Belgium)
But lately at 9:30pm it's pitch dark out here, like in the winter.. I hate it .. It's also getting colder outside, so when i take a shower i feel the cold when i'm naked .. My dick doesn't like it ..

I've only had 2hours of sleep this night .. Studied hard for the exam .. I think i passed :)
Tomorrow my last exam .. I need the energy to learn .. It's english btw :D what do y'all think?

New future goal aside PE: Almost everyday everything green in my daily updates .. I wonna live as healthy as possible
Cigarettes: will work on throwing them away for good.

+ if someone has suggestions on new goals for my days on living more and more healthier .. Just leave a quick reply :)

This is going to be an amazing journey .. I don't really care that much about the gains, the past 2 weeks i'm living healthier, that's what counts for me now at the moment .. Any gains are welcome .. Hope to reach my short term goal in the 3 months period.

Okay so the last 5 days i didn't do everything like I always did.
Today i'll put myself back on track ..
Yesterday i didn't do my routine either .. My discipline is gone for a moment .. i've had 5 long busy days so it was hard to PE..
Today i'm gonna do my routine no matter what!
I'll stay disciplined till 16/09/2011 no matter what :)

I really hope the measurements will bring me good news cause i'm losing my motivation :s

I'm so mad at the moment :mad: .. I barely have some privacy nowadays .. Parents always ask me why I let so much water running when i'm in the bathroom (I use a hot wash cloth for my warmups and downs) ..

I just wanted to start my warmup because I FINALLY had the bathroom for me .. after 4 minutes my dad came knocking on the door he wanted to take a shower, so I only warmed up for 4 minutes .. I'm sorry guys but i'm not gonna do my routine when my dick isn't well warmed up, I don't want to take any risks ..

Tomorrow morning i'm (NORMALLY) home alone so i'm gonna do my routine than .. WITH A NICE WARMUP AND WARMDOWN, A PROPER ROUTINE .. Man my dick can't wait to finalle get a bit stretched and jelqed ..

Tomorrow i'm gonna quit smoking (I only smoke during the weekends but this means i'm not gonna touch any cigarette during the weekends)

I've already said to my mom she should search the heartrate-meter cause i'm going to run again for better bloodtransport and burning fat ..

6 days of no PE at all, I hope i didn't lose any gains ..

I'm really determined now, tomorrow a fresh start!!!!

So like i said tomorrow i'm gonna take PE serious again, the last 5-6 days were very bad for my PEadventure..
I decided to masturbate and watch porn one more time .. While watching I couldn't help but take a ruler ..

Normally I measure myself lying down in bed, but this time i sat on my deskchair .. I brought my dick to erect state, I measured and I saw 7,1' on the scale .. I'm 2 weeks and a half into PE and I (maybe) gained 0,2 inches ( I say maybe because this time I was sitting and leaning a bit backwards to get the "lying down"-effect .. However i do know that my EQ is still an 8 out of 10 .. I can really feel there is more room for blood in my dick it just needs to find its way .. I can't explain it in another way .. I know my dick can get bigger than my last erect state..

Tomorrow I start running again, PE, doing my daily goals like vitaminintake etc and quit smoking.. We'll see on the 16th of september if this has given me a better EQ and perhaps 0,2' inches more .. I do hope so :)

Ow, and my gymupdate will be running 3 times a week for half an hour .. I'm gonna burn some fat first and than start lifting weights with proteinshakes

Aaaaah there we go :) a nice workout, warmup of 15 minutes warmdown of 5 minutes .. Hard to stay flaccid but i think that's normal cause my dick needs to get used again to the stroking from the jelq etc.

Yesterday when I went sleeping the muscles in my leg were tingling cause of my workout (the running) :)
It felt great, i got spontaneous erections and woke up this morning with a nice morning wood 8 on a scale of 10 ..

Today another ONday :) Dick feels good, flaccid state has grown, erect we'll see on the 16th ..
I'm gonna try to stay healthy so everything back to green!
