First official measurement, 1 month into PE:

BPEL = 5.5" (+0.5")
MSEG = 4" (no change)

Half an inch in length in one month! I think this is due to lig stretching.

Ok, haven't written a progress log for a while. Workout remains the same, JP90's program, 2-1/3-1 weekly schedule.

As far as the whole "refraining from ejaculation" thing goes, here's what's happened so far:
I've successfully refrained from ejaculation for about 1.5 weeks (longest interval). It's difficult to not ejaculate while at the same time edging after every workout for 30 minutes. After a while, I started to forego the edging because I knew I would not last long. In the past week, I've edged only twice, and each time I didn't last very long (less than 3 minutes one time, and less than 12 minutes today). I've decided that it's my body's way of telling me that it's not going to cooperate with this kind of "torture" of my senses.

Also, I've noticed that after 1 week without ejaculating, my sleep patterns get messed up; I tend to wake up earlier with less sleep and feel stressed or nervous the whole day. I also find it difficult to focus as my mind always wanders to sex. After about 10 days without ejaculating, I found it difficult to maintain an erection, as I believe my penis has "forgotten" what it's like to ejaculate and kind of figures "Eh, what's the point? There's nothing for me at the end..." At least that's how I think about it. It could also be because of lack of sleep due to sexual frustration (edging every day, but no ejaculation for over a week).

I will probably continue edging, and ejaculate once or twice a week, on my off days. This will help me stay focused, relaxed, and also make sure my "pipes are clean."

Didn't do too well with keeping with my workout schedule. I skipped Monday and Friday, but then added Sunday which is usually a rest day to make up for one of those days, so technically I only skipped out on one workout.

Measured today, 5/16/2011, this is what it came in as:

BPEL: 5.5"
EG: 4"

Absolutely NO CHANGE since 1 month ago. PI's are consistent and not changing.

Per another member's advice, I took a break from PE workouts last week. I did a workout on Monday, but that was it. My EQ has gone from 8-9, back up to a 10 (judging from my morning wood), so I'm going to re-start my workouts starting today.

I also re-measured and didn't lose any length from skipping a week's worth of workouts. Hopefully this will begin a new cycle that will see renewed gains!

Ok, so after reading a thread, I've decided to change my long-term goal to: 7" x 5.5"

Don't need it to be that long. Or, once I reach 7" BPEL, I can decide if I want to go longer or start working on girth at that point.

Had a friend come visit on Friday, so only did the stretches on that day. Then he stayed the weekend so didn't do any PE workouts. I got some kind of stomach flu, so I'm probably not going to do much PE this week at all; at least not for the next few days.

Ok, so June was a big break from PE since I had a big test, then a nice little vacation (where I hooked up with a hot young chick), and then back to the grind one month later by mid-July, so in essence today's measurement is one month of PE since the previous one.

Measurements are still the same today (8/16/2011)
5.5" x 4"

In addition, I'm taking advice I found from another thread and paying attention to PIs. I'm now on a variable schedule, depending on my morning wood. If no morning wood, then no PE for that day. If I have strong morning wood, then I will do my workout for that day. Plus, I will forego the PE workout if my day is too hectic, which shouldn't happen all that often. I'm thinking I'll still end up doing PE somewhere between 4-5 times per week.

I've noticed a slight plateau in my progress, but have been continuing with the regular JP90 workout.

However, a few days ago, I didn't have time to do the full routine (50 jelqs + 30 v-jelqs) x3, so I just did 2 sets. The next morning, I had a freaking RAGING boner! Felt like the blood pressure was pushing it beyond its limits.

So, I did another regular workout (3 sets), noticed hardly any morning wood the next day. Then yesterday I did another 2-set workout, and another rager! I think this may be the solution to my plateau... 3 sets was too much for my guy to take, and reducing it to 2 sets may just do the trick.

Time-wise, this reduces my workout time by ~8 minutes, which breaks down like this:
10-minute warm-up
10-minutes stretching
20-minutes jelqs (2 sets, 50x regular jelqs + 30x v-jelqs)
8-minutes warm-down

Will post my results when measurement time comes around in about 2 weeks, but even if there aren't any noticeable results, I'll continue with this workout until the PIs (ie- raging morning wood) go away.

I tried doing a bundled stretch yesterday, did it in the "straight out" direction, twisting once left (+ 25 kegels), and then once right (+25 kegels). This morning I noticed, through my semi-conscious morning state, some really raging morning wood that lasted about 90 minutes. I will continue to put that one bundled stretch in, and increase as I notice the PIs decreasing.

Slowly, I will replace the regular streches with bundled stretches.

Added some more intense stretches to my workout. Now it looks like this:

10-minute warm-up
5 directions: intense stretches + 25 kegels each direction, then 10 circle stretches on left and right
5 directions: bundled stretches, 15 seconds twisted left, 15 seconds twisted right, then switch directions
2 sets: 50x jelqs + 30x v-jelqs
10-minute warm-down

Hopefully the intense stretches will help me get past my plateau here. Otherwise, I might consider hanging.

Measurements today, on my day off from PE.

10/12/2011
BPEL = 5.5" (no change since last measurement)
EG = 4.25" (+0.25" since last measurement)

Hmm, I'm targetting length, yet my girth has increased. Whatever, I'll take it!

Did my measurements today, after 10 minutes of edging.

11/13/2011
BPEL = 5.625"
MSEG = 4.25"

Small gain in length, measured 4 times, 3 times came out as 5.625, 1 time came out as 5.5, since EQ was low on that particular reading.

MSEG measured 4.5 the first time, the I measured a second time at 4.25, third time at 4.0, and a fourth time at 4.25, so I used 4.25 since it was the average.

Making slow progress, hopefully I'll be able to keep it up. My flaccid has been feeling heavier, and my erect has been feeling longer. Also, I'm noticing the skin on my shaft is starting to feel tighter than before. I think the gains are coming!

Measurement today: 5.5" x 4.25"

Seems my length went down a bit. I did take a 3-day break as I was recovering from LASIK eye surgery. Took measurements immediately before my PE routine. This could be the reason for the decrease in length.

I will try to add more length-focused exercises, like 1 more set of stretches, to see about gaining more length, maybe remove a set of jelqs. Will post about what I decide to do.

Here's my new routine:

10 minutes warm-up
stretches with 25x kegels, 5 directions
bundled stretches, full rotation, 30 seconds per twist
5-minute warm-up
stretches with 25x kegels, 5 directions
50x wet jelqs
30x v-jelqs
10-minute warm-down

We'll see if this routine yields more length gains.

Ok, I re-did my measurement today, and got a reading of 5.625" BPEL. I think that 1/8" loss was from not doing a workout for 3 days. Once I did two workouts (yesterday & today), it came back.

Measurements again today.

5.625" x 4.25"

No change for 3 months. Maybe I should change it up a bit. Hanging?

After noticing 3 months without gains, I added more heat to the routine. I also realized that a full rotation on the bundled stretches was too much, as I was getting negative PIs, and switched back half rotation after just 2 workouts with full rotation. My routine now looks like this:

10 minutes warm-up
stretches with 25x kegels, 5 directions
5-minute warm-up
bundled stretches, half rotation, 30 seconds per twist
5-minute warm-up
stretches with 25x kegels, 5 directions
50x wet jelqs
30x v-jelqs
10-minute warm-down

Yesterday was my first time doing this routine, and this morning I had some really good morning wood that seemed to last a few hours! I think I'll stick to this routine and see where it goes from here.

Measured today, no change. Still 5.625" x 4.25". I'm considering adding pumping to my routine, and taking out some of the stretches.

Mind. Outside of mine and inside of yours.
That's a bummer man. Honestly, your penis is conditioned - I would up your jelqing to 300, drop all the warming up in between. In addition, I'd add in ULI's - before going to pumping that is.

I know you didn't ask for suggestions, simply want to see you succeed bro!

Thanks for the suggestions! I would like to keep my PE workout to less than an hour, if possible. Do you think all that many jelqs will push it over 1 hour? Or should I just time the jelqs instead of count them?

Anyways, I'm doing research on hangers right now, and have gone into a maintenance routine, 5x/week:

10-minute warm-up
5-minute directional stretches with kegels
50 wet jelqs
10-minute warm-down

I'll hold this until I decide whether or not to go ahead with hanging.
