mod titles

Hello mods, I have a question. I am just curious about the titles and the differences associated with them. I have seen the titles of moderator, super moderator, senior super moderator, retired moderator, and probably a few I dont remember at the moment, I also have seen adminasrator, admin moderator and founder(I get that one). I am just asking because I dont know if there is really a difference between a mod, a senior mod and especially a super mod. I am not sure if you want to reply on the thread and if you wish to do so you could send me a message instead and bumb this but I bet others are curious as well. I know, probably a pointless question but I actually wonder if there is a rank structure or an actual difference. Now for some serious ass kissing, ready , I think you all do a great job and I like it here alot, just had to ask, sincerely, Bigo

You guys are talking about me again! I will have you know that the title 'super duper senior moderator daffy delux 111" was bestowed upon me by some unknown mod in appreciation for all my hard work and dedication to the gym. Then some other grumpier mod took it away and yes broke my heart. I almost resigned but I knew you , the members, would miss me way too much if I left so I remained even though I was slighted.I was thinking of starting a write in campaign to get my old title back or maybe even add to it. We'll all discuss getting my old title back when the other mods aren't looking. What all those titles mean is really nothing. Some have been here longer so the get a senior as recognition of their work here; some write articles and get the editor tag. The ones you really have to watch out for are the administrators; grumpiest bunch of people you'd never want to meet. Perhaps the best way to think of it all is that we're just a group of volunteers that like this place, like the people that come here, and want to try to keep it nice. That's really all it is. One thing I have learned from experience is in order to get a "better' title groveling and ass kissing helps!!!!!

If I say it's abuse of power for mods, and only mods, to have custom user titles, can I has custom user title?

If not, can I just kick and scream like a 3 year old that never gets his way?

Deme if you can figure out how to do it be my guest because I don't know how to do it. And how do you become a mod? Well cookies are a good starting point.Seriously some of you out there if you're here long enough will be mods.What do you have to do? Post often and be helpful; try not to start a fight and if you see one try to make peace. Basically be kind and help impart the knowledge you've learned here to others. One day when new mods are needed someone will say "what about him" and then we all talk and basically see if he's a nice helpful person and if he wants the job. Remember it's completely volunteer, no mod really cares that they have "power" ( think about it; what power could anybody possibly have on a penis website), we just want to keep the place nice for all of us. Hey with the recent bullshit we've had here lately remember even if you're not a mod you can stll help to make peace and you can be a great asset for everyone here which I'm happy to say many of you were.
