Hey just found this sight while I was googleing pic of penile papules to
Compare to my bumps that I've had for the past two weeks. Im married so i
Dont sleep around I'm 23 and circumcised but my fourskin still covers the bottom rim
Of my penis head. There are tiny reddish to skin colored bumps and a couple white ones
Nothing comes out of them and they haven't really been painful but since I've noticed them
It bothers me. My wife has not noticed them yet but I did notice that they got bigger after sex and
When I masturbate. They go back down but even when they go back down I can tell there still there
And the rim of my penis is a little swollen. This has me pretty scared but I didn't think herpes or Genatal
Warts would come and go hopefully someone here can help me

Sounds like PPP to me. Mine are very prominent when erect, and much less noticeable when I am flaccid. If it is PPP then it is nothing to worry about. They can be removed by a doctor if you like. Some say they can go away on their own, but I have had mine ten years. If you find a natural home remedy that works post it up. So far they all sound bunk to me.
I do not know if PPP can have late onset or if they are an immediate onset STD. Or whether they are an STD at all. I got mine right after I lost my virginity so I would guess they are an STD but I am not sure. Get it checked by a doctor and ask if they came from your wife or if it is late onset. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions just yet.

How old wer u when u first noticed them I think I may have had them for a long time I know I've had two little bumps on one on each side of the skin that runs up the bottom side of your penis. I always thought that everyone had them they look like there suppose to be there. Readin all the stuff about ppp I'm sure that's what it is. I heard people putting hydocortozone on them I might try it while my wife is gone I figure I'll show her when she gets back from out of town not sure how shell react though.

I got mine around 15or16. I also started with the two bumps around what I think you describe is the frenulum. Those two are much more pronounced and almost look like medium sized pimples all the time. They do not change with erection like the rest. The doctor described all of them PPP. I believe it is a very common condition. If it is PPP it also does not affect women. My partner at the time took it pretty well. Explain that it is nothing she will show symptoms of, it is very common, and it has no negative effects. Although I feel mine may make sex uncomfortable on occasions for my partner. They sometimes, more than one person, say it feels like sandpaper even when they are well lubricated. Definitely not the description you want of intercourse :(. For this reason I have lately thought about getting them removed.

Sounds like maybe you should get them removed if they are that pronounced. If you see before and after pictures of laser removal, I think that may sway you in the "right" way. Shoot I have PPP, but they are quite small and never been a problem, but I still might do the laser removal after I reach my PE goal.

That just took a giant load off that's exactly how mine have always been. I'm sure she is going to want me to go to the doc after I show her did you go toa normal doctor Or a specialist. Mine aren't as bad as most the pics I see on the web what had me worried was the swelling. But I think I was just paranoid I'd been avoiding having sex as much as possible but my stomach is at ease now if I can just stay off these dang medical apps. Lol
Thanks

Good that you feel better, because they aren't really a problem. And do not try to pop one, I remember doing that when I was 15.. never again. What medical applications are you talking about?

I've seen alot but like mechanicjt said alot sound pretty rough. I'm going to try to put so hydrocortisone creme on it that's about as far as I'll go. I'm not gonna try clipping burning or pokeing. The hydrocortisone suggestion I got of the web where someone with the same condition was told to do it by a doctor I figure It can't hurt anything.
