Hi i am almost done with my second month of jelqing, i started increasing the number of jelqs per session to above 200 and quickly realized this was too much, so im only doing 150-175 persession for the remaining of my 90 days, my question is what did you increase your jelq reps to per session and at what point in your training, trying to get an idea of where to go after 90 days. Thanks for any input.

I would suggest that as long as you can still gain from doing that then keep it at that amount is fine. If your gains decline or start to plateu then you should increase the amount as long as you're getting good PIs.

I know that every persons body is different, for you personally what would be the biggest piece of advice in jelqing that you wish someone had told you?

How many jelqs do you currently do per session? Thatd be a big help if people would all tell me how many jelq reps per session they do and how long theyve pe'd would give me an average (good idea) of the direction to go because im an average guy myself. thanks

There is nothing to be gained by your question - you already answered it. You went by the book, added more and realized it was too much. What good would it do you if I said after two months I went to 250 jelqs per session? Take a couple more weeks at the number you are at, add some, then see how that is. I couldn't tell you how many pounds to bench or how many reps to add.

Its not as much about the number of jelqs say in your case 250, i was looking more for the experience of seasoned jelqers, not the number but when you did increase to whatever number did you increase by alot, at what intervals, what changes(small or large) caused the best results. More so a general timeline of what youve done so far, especially mistakes, others learn from those.

There is no timeline, thats the point. You have to follow your PIs and experiment, only you can figure out how fast you can advance, how much you advance, etc. It's not a race so experiment within reason, add a few reps or minutes per session, if you get negative PIs after adding 15 more reps that means your not ready, it's that simple.

Take your time and focus on each and every stroke as if you're only doing one.

I do in fact think that jelqing is the bread and butter of PE exercise, but I do wonder about the rest of your workout and if you are having gains. Jelqing alone is kind of limiting and the goal is to make gains not just to add as many repetitions as possible. How often are you doing PE?

As far as myself goes and the jelq part of my workout, I do fifteen minutes of jelqs and seven of V-jelqs, four times a week and I'm still making gains. I still think that "Less is More" and I am of the opinion that quality over quantity is the key.

As previously stated follow your PIs.

Sunday-kegels(450-600) Jelqs(150)
Monday-rest day
tuesday-same as sunday
wednesday-same as sunday
thursday-rest day
friday-same as sunday
saturday-same as sunday

I also take a hot bath/shower before each session, always, then stretch 10 minutes.
Im thinking about adding maybe 5 squeezes in per session, would anyone advise against this.
I can definitely tell its getting bigger, especially flaccid is noticable.
Also how do i do v-jelqs, i know you do the whole star treck sign with your hand, but i still am lost.?

I never counted my reps after a couple of weeks--too monotonous and counter-productive. I just focused on my COCK, visualizing it longer and thicker--the result? No negative p.i's--only positive ones. So I just kept adding about five minutes to my daily jelqing routine at the end of each week--all the while spending fifteen to twenty minutes warming up before each jelqing session.

I reached 90 minutes a day, 7 days a week, of pure jelqing, by the end of my third month--with no noticeable gains other than the half inch I gained during my first two weeks.

Then I added a half hour of stretches--every one imaginable--to my 90 minutes of jelqing for a total of two hours a day, seven days a week. That is when I started to make dramatic gains in length and girth. I think my cock had finally figured out that I meant business. :D

My three months of gradual build-up paid off handsomely. My penis was fully conditioned, following Big Al's suggestion.

Was this "less is more?" To start with, for sure. Looking back, this was accidental on my part, but it was surrendipitously accidental, I do believe.
