How to stretch/kegel and not get hard?

I start getting hard within 10 seconds of kegeling while I stretch~especially the circle stretch. Any tips?

It happens frequently with beginners and should go away with time. If you get hard while stretching, you'll have to wait for your erection to subside before continuing. Try to concentrate on the exercise and the sensation you get from stretching and your brain (and penis) will learn that this is work and not play time!
For now, maybe you could stretch without kegeling and add kegeling when you are able to stretch without getting hard...

A question: What is the point of doing kegels while stretching? I used to do it, but couldn't see any reason for it. Kegels while jelqing, that makes more sense to me.

Kegels should be done with all exercises. I can kegel my dick a half to an inch longer while stretching.

You could actually incorporate stretches when going kegels, which is great, IMO.

Longer? When I kegel while stretching, it gets tugged back, that's why I stopped doing them with stretches. Is that something that changes over time? I think I might add the kegels to my stretching again.

Ok...im a bit confused...can somebody help me!!!! Do you supposed to squeeze ur shaft while u kegel or press down on the pubic or what and if u do squeeze....is the penis supposed to be hard or soft...if am not supposed to squeeze or press down, do it with no hands, correct?

Are you talking about squeezes? Stretches? Kegels?
With squeezes, you do them erect, but you should condition your penis before you do those, as they're quite intense.
Stretches, grab behind the glans and stretch as far as comfort allows.
