Day 7. After I PE'd, I edged but accidentally pushed myself over the edge which was a disappointment. I can't seem to kegel hard/long enough.

Ok so I haven't had time for a PE session since Tuesday. Ive missed out Wednesday and Thursday. This is not good. DEFINITELY going to PE tomorrow and over the weekend to compensate. I'll do a light session on Sunday as a rest day.

Counting this as Day 9- Finally! managed to get a session in. Edged afterwards just for 10 minutes, but only a 2 minute warmdown? Is it Ok to warmdown for less time after edging?

Wow, haven't updated in ages!

Well I've been PEing, but missed 2 days last week due to a particularly hectic schedule. It's likely that I'll be missing out a couple of days this week as well. Although I'm going to make an effort to try and update my log every day and stop being so lazy.

Definitely seeing an improvement at least in my flaccid hang- measured today- 4.5 inches. Might have been a fluke

It looks like you are doing good, just stay strong in your routine. I think waylander or someone has a shower routine that you can do rather quickly and in the shower. Look it up on this site. Feel free to add me as a friend, we can help eachother! :D

Hey, Thanks frostysnoman. Yeah, I feel like it's going much better than my previous attempts. I lost focus for a couple of days last week, but I'm regaining focus this week. I'm in it for the long haul!

Day 14 (yesterday) - Good session
Day 15 (today)- Did not get the 'engorged' penis I usually get when jelqing.

Didn't manage to PE yesterday, but managed to get a session in today. Sacrificing 30-40mins of the day seems a lot, but hopefully it should be worth it!

Yeah of course it will. The moment your unit (which really isn't small, it's even above average) is conditioned, your erection will be stronger, bigger, higher angle, and just feel a lot better. So show some dedication, and keep a detailed log to keep you motivated. Never skip a warm-up, and try to hold back on masturbation as much as you can. Just measured and it looks like I've gained! Not sure if it's because of increased EQ, but hey, it feels bigger so hopefully the measurements are correct! Even though I've been going for a month and only achieved a 0.2" increase, I'm happy!

When I started, I was:

NBPEL- 5.9"
EG- 4.9"

Now
NBPEL- 6.1" (+ 0.2")
EG- 5.1" (+ 0.2")

I'll do other measurements tomorrow :)

.2 in girth is a huge difference my friend, it really is. trust me, if a girl was with you once every day of the week, and then your girth jumped up that .2 inches, she would feel it totally
