Communication with your spouse/partner?

For those of you that are married or living with someone, do you let them know you are doing this? If not, how do you perform the exercises with a closed door, etc.?

She might know this already since I recently found out that my wife has/had some program on my computer that registers everything that I am typing so she can read it on her own computer. UUGGHHH.

If it's your wife, just come clean. Tell her they are exercises to keep everything working down there for you and her benefit. I personally wouldn't mention size gains, but that's up to you. You're not asking for her permission, you're just letting her know so you can get PE in with privacy.

I told my wife. She was very cool with it. However, I still don't do my exercises in front of her. When she is watching TV I just go upstairs. Sometimes I wait until she goes to bed.

I'm currently single, but if I was married or living with someone I would tell my wife/girlfriend, and like higherone said just say its for better erections, penis health etc. Its not really a healthy relationship/marriage if you cant be open and honest about something like this. After all its what we're on this earth to do-reproduce!

Like Danvers has done, tell her but there's no need to do it in front of her. A bit like going to the gym.. Then after giving her a good seeing-to with your upgraded weapon and once she's got her breath back ask her what she thinks!

Actually, thinking about it, I'd probably get her to do the edging bit for me. She'd be holding a fully engorged, thicker, longer loaded weapon about to blow its load all over her, and I'd be in heaven! What an end to a workout?! haha

My wife knows and is all for it, however she doesn't want to watch or help because she thinks I'm going to pull it off and she said it looks painful. Whatever, it hasn't come off yet and I yanked on it pretty good when I was a teenager. Why does your wife have a tracking program on YOUR computer? Seems kind of distrustful to me.

i told my girlfriend and she's fine with it. At first she was skeptical but after seeing results believes. Her worry is about injury. I told her not to worry because I know my body well and am in this for the long haul. No need to try and take things too fast which I believe is a major cause of injury.

On a side note, if your wife is spying on you she probably thinks you are having an affair. Being secretive about PE could have made her worry. I think it best to talk with her and let her know what's up.

My at the time girlfriend knew about it, despite only a few months she realsied the size change, mentioning it hurt and the second time we tried anal i couldn't even get it in, i came clean, she didn't think it was weird or anything just told me not to get too large and that i was big enough already, just come clean, makes things less awkward!

I don't live with my girlfriend but I can only imagine how hard it would be to keep PE from her if I did. Having trust in the relationship is crucial and trusting her to know about PE would show her how open you are, as well as adding a bit of mystery to your shlong ("how big is it gonna get?!")

I can imagine it must also be nice to hear encouragement from someone experiencing the growth firsthand!

That part about trust was pretty heavy. My wife trusts me completely, and I her, but I have not spoken to her about PE. To each his own, but maybe because PE is not a big deal to me changes my approach. I have simply not chosen to speak about this subject with anyone other than people on this forum. I try to help out here as best I am capable of doing, but in my private life this subject is kept private. Quite frankly, though there is nothing wrong with it at all, I just can't picture myself in a conversation with another guy talking about PE.

As to when I do my routines, I work different shifts so I sometimes do them after my midnight shift which would be around 6:30 am. If she goes to a church activity, the store, or her mom's I will do it. I only do girth work and that is maybe three days a week for 30 minutes each, so I don't need gobs of time for it. My testicle jelqing only takes perhaps 10 minutes or so, and I can do that pretty much whenever I want, though I only do it three days a week also.
