what works better in the beginning of pe training? 5 days on and 2 off or 2 on and 1 off and so on?

Most people do the 2 on 1 off due to the fact that 5 on 2 off is to intense. Some even find the 2 on 1 off to be too intense and go for a 1 on 1 off, but like I said 2 on 1 off is the regular. But like NP said, you will have to see what works best for you; watch your PI's.

I would agree with the 2/1. I've done 3 days in a row once or twice, schedule dependant, and felt like the fourth day in a row would have been too much. 5/2 would probably be better suited for veterans. Just my opinion based on experience.

I´m on 2 on, 1 off!

By the way, what are the consequences of having plus 1 day off, or more (I mean, not to accomplish the 2 days on 1 day off)? To be more precise:

- The regular schedule is 2 on 1 off. But, one time of another, I do 2 on 2 off, or even 1 on 2 off, or 2 on 3 off, what will be the consequences after? Abscence of gains? Gains delay?

What's important is that you achieve a balance between your training and your recovery. A 3 day a week schedule is good for beginners, but ironically is also very good for extremely advanced training requiring a lot of recuperation. It's not uncommon to see your training evolve to where you're training up to 5 days a week, then as you grow in strength actually requiring more rest days.

This post would be a good read to accompany this thread :)

What is your opinion on daily PE'ing Al? Do you feel it just depends on refractory periods?
Just asking because working out more seems to be somewhat common amongst big gainers; DLD, BIB, Ulistretch etc. I'm obviously no expert PE'er but I've considered working my way up to something like this...

You could experience a slight delay in gains if you don't need the rest; on the other hand, if you're slightly overtrained the rest will help.

Start with a 3 day a week routine and add an extra day every couple of weeks to see how you handle it. Just remember to track your training details so that you can review your progress. Your journal will let you know if you're on the right path.

You want to be looking forward to your PE routine. Go too long or too often and eventually you will burn out, hurt yourself, or both. At least that is a very real possibility. Start slow, really learn what it is you are doing, and use this time for trial and error. If you stick with it, and especially if you are successful, you will find what clicks for you.

On the off days would it be alright to get a 20 minute edging session in? Or is that considered to rigorous for a recovering penis?
