Measurement Terms:
BPEL: Bone Pressed Erect Length
BPFSL: Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length
NBPEL: Non Bone Pressed Erect Length

MSEG: Mid-Shaft Erect Girth
Average Girth: Measure the base girth, behind the glans girth & MSEG
FL: Flaccid Length
FG: Flaccid Girth
EQ: Erection Quality, Measured on a scale of 1-10
EG: Erect Girth (an ambiguous / generic term)
EL: Erect Length (another ambiguous / generic term)

BP measures are superior for tracking progress, NBPEL is good for tracking whether you've reached your ultimate length goal.
BPFSL gains are BPEL gains in the pipeline, flaccid length & girth gains are often indicators of EL & EG gains to come also.

Stamina Terms:
Stamina (in terms of PE): Any exercise that increases EQ long term by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles (PC, BC, etc), these include Kegels, Super Kegels, Towel Raises, & Reverse Kegels. Can prevent & even cure ED (depending on severity).
Kegel: Basic exercise to increase EQ by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.
Super Kegel: Just holding a Kegel for a long time (e.g. 30 seconds to 50 seconds); an endurance Kegel.

How I Lost My Gains (Speculation)
After I had been PEing about 4-5 months in late 2008, my wife (doing some type of rodeo-like thing) landed straight on top of my penis (notice I somehow lost .25" after the event!!! (see my 6.5" measurement in 2009). Think of a 100% erect bend when you completely smash your penis down to your leg... not pretty. My wife & I had a long talk about it...

1-2 months later I started PE again... and believe it or not, this happened once or twice more (all during 2009). Anyway, long story short, my 1-2 month break became much longer than it should have been. And when I measured my penis again, I had somehow lost length. Could it be the successive accidents? I don't know. Anyway, I don't think a completely unconditioned penis could have survived the damage, so I'll just say I think PE saved my penis. It's possible the losses were simply from a full year without any PE at all, but I am not sure. I seemed to lose more than most guys think is possible to lose (perhaps I was damaged; I am not sure). I am fully functional with good EQ, so at least no permanent damage was done.

-6x sets @ 10lbs max, 20m each (10m breaks) (BTC)
-20m Rice Sock warm-up/warm-down. Light jelqs & kegels.
-I do a 7th set (split set) when I can.

Current Goal:
(+.06") BPEL (so I can match my old best of 6.75") (for a total of +.75" BPEL)

It seems I'm gaining slightly slower than the first time around. I think my BPFSL grew faster the first time as well. I reached +.75" BPEL in 3 months the first time around. I'm a little under 3 months and up .6" BPEL (currently). Soon I'll put the past behind me though; once I surpass my old gains.

My wife got back from the store today (23 Aug 10). I actually didn't realize she was goign to get me all this stuff. I showed her the information on the 5g's etc... I didn't realize she was going to buy it all (I had told her not to worry about it... )

PE Related
-Fresh brewed cocoa (from fresh ground & roasted beans)
-Evo Oil (applied topically, see link above).
-Green Tea with honey (I drink it all the time these days)

Kingpole's 5 G's:
-Gingko biloba standardised 50:1 dose 120 to 240 mg per day.
-Green tea capsules dosage between 250 and 600mg per day.
-Ginger caps dosage between 500 and 1000 mg per day.
-Oderized Garlic pills 5-10-mg equivalent to 500mg of garlic clove . Two gel caps per day.
-Genseng any kind will do. Dosage between 100 and 200mg per day.

Lately I'm doing P90x. I'm currently in week 8, I've lost about 20lbs so far. I was so out of shape it took me 4x months to get through a few months of P90x. I am finally getting in shape enough to handle working out with just 1x rest day per week. I'm also hitting the gym occasionally for normal lifting and cardio (in addition to or sometimes instead of P90x).

This is one of those "note to self" things so I can remember what to put together for a good (and cheap) pumping set-up. I plan to eventually reach at least 6" MSEG. I will most likely use pumping and jelqing. The pump will be based on the following items:

Since I stopped prematurely, I didn't put time into some common sense things... Like using an ADS to maintain my gains. This time around, I'll make sure not to lose anything I gain. I have some ideas on how to make a home-made ADS device. If I get around to it, I'll post the result here.

Hey Blink2000, this log is very interesting very detailed I'm giong to subscribe. I have a important question about BPFSL and other things. First I have been doing PE for the past 2 weeks now it is time for me to check my BPSFL. When is the best time to check it on my off day?? or routine day?? Could I also measure my flaccid and erect girth too?? Should I wait to do that on my official measurement day??

The more measures you take, the better. I mean variety, not frequency; once a month is often enough for most.

It wont hurt at all to take those extra measurements like flaccid girth. MESG; mid shaft erect girth is a very important measure, that's one of course you would never want to skip. I think BPFSL is very important too, I regret that I don't always have that measurement for every date. Not everything in my journal could fit here anyway; I probably do have additional measurements in there.

In the end, what you need is a really effective way to truly measure your progress. Measuring in a consistent way is the most important thing. Whether you always do it before a PE workout, or if you always do it after a PE workout, you need to stick with that same time frame. Otherwise, you may think you've taken a loss when you measure before a workout at one time, then after a workout another time. And that might not be accurate...

Realistically, the way someone would measure us in a survey, could like produce very different results from our own measurements. If you think about that, if a guy was nervous and couldn't get a full erection, a survey might mark him down for being smaller than he really is.

I take occasionaly measurements post exercise to get an idea where I am headed for future natural erections, then on other times, like tonight, I have the wife measure to get an idea of the natural erection I get currently.

Today my golf swing weights arrived in the mail. All three combined are only a little over 1lb. This is just an anti-turtle device I'll use after hanging to help me heal in a more elongated state.

I still plan on building an extender-- I plan on combining 2x home-made devices (from another forum), to make a good quality extender of my own.

I'm hanging 7lbs deep BTC right now. It's hard to concentrate... I can really feel a nice stretch...

Faster Gains with an ADS?
I'm convinced if I heal in a more elongated state (by using an ADS), I may be able to gain a bit faster. This way, instead of pushing myself harder to do more sets and more weight, perhaps I can 'maximize' the gains from the work I'm already doing. This could mean more gains with less injury risk.

I believe the two can be combined to make something like the Penimaster, but more comfortable. It will probably be ugly, but it's not like I'll be showing it off to my friends!:

I am thinking I could combine the Piet Extender (home-made) with the captains wench to make a comfortable high quality ADS. Here's the Piet extender. It's actually almost like a home-made Penimaster. I would replace the attachment point with the captains wench, and perhaps the base ring as well. However, I am sort of clueless as to what could replace the base ring.

I'll probably make a list of ingredients soon and head down to the hardware store to make this. It wont cost too much, so I don't think there's much risk if it doesn't turn out perfect. All I would lose is the time it takes to make it.

Heating Between Each Set
"fla.boy" was using 30 minute sets where he would gyrate the weight in a circle while he was standing. Some people mentioned trying (and failing) to do his routine. "fla.boy" has a unit that naturally points straight down--that could be part of the reason why it works better for him than others. Anyway, "fla.boy" metions using Heat and Warming Up between each set. He was only doing 2x sets per day if I recall correctly (for a total of 1 hour)

I'm experimenting right now. For a month I'll try to heat between most of my sets. I do 5x sets, so this can become tedious when you consider thats 7x times I'll have to heat up each workout (compare that to fla.boy who only had to heat 3x times total). To me, heating the ligaments and tunica seems like a logical way to make them slightly softer and more stretchy; as well as easier to deform. In fact, when I heat my unit, this is exactly what appears to happen (at least from a purely observational point of view).

Ah yeah, I've been trying to revamp my PE knowledge lately--so I took a dive and tried to relearn everything I need to know to maximize my gains etc. Some of my opinions have changed a bit over the last few months of study. I restarted PE and started studying intensely again at the same time.

Hey Blink I'm giong to measure after my workout since that will be actually 2 weeks of routine. Plus right now I don't have that much privacy . What you think about this ??? Tomorrow would be my actual 14 days of routine or would my dick be too tired??

Don't over-think it! Just be consistent on when you measure. If you measure your starting point before a PE workout, then it makes more sense to always measure after a workout. Or, if you do your first workout, get plumped up and make that your starting point, then it makes more sense to measure after workouts. Your erection quality can make a fairly substantial difference on the size of your unit.

The idea is to be as accurate as possible about how much you're actually gaining. Personally, I just measure after workouts, and I try to get a maximum erection. That's how I got my starting measure of 6". Perhaps I was really less than that in non-ideal conditions; but I thought it would be easier to always measure that way (with a maximum erection). This way, I knew if I gained beyond 6", I was actually gaining.

Golf Weight ADS:
These things barely fit over my unit and I have to think very calm thoughts to get them on. Guys with over 5.5" of girth probably need soap + shower to get them on. I tried cloth (a strip of t-shirt cut about 1.25" wide), theraband, and a clamp to hold the weights on. It seemed to work ok. The weights still help slightly when I'm sitting down, but they definitely help more when I'm standing. It's super light, so all it really does it keep me from turtling.

The hanger actually touches my butt-cheeks--so I can't really go deeper! and my hips are about parallel to the ground... I rock my chair back a little and I slide my butt forward. I only used 7lbs for about 10m on my first set. I felt like I was reaching fatigue so I cut it to 6.5lbs or 6lbs for the remaining 10m. The next set was 6lbs too, and a few of the later sets were 5lbs, with my final set also at 5lbs.

The next set was 6lbs too, and a few of the later sets were 5lbs, with my final set also at 5lbs.

For now on I will measure after my workout every 2 weeks thanks for the tip. So when do you measure your maxium erection during edging ?? When is the best time to measure erect girth??

You know, I was looking at some of the polls. The way I measure might not be the best! Lots of guys measure on their day off, and they measure standing. I always measure after workouts, and I always measure sitting. So I do things a little differently from most others. I probably wont change how I do things, simply because I want to accurately track my gains (if I change my measuring method, it will throw things off).

In terms of measures danner, I honestly think being consistent is all that matters. You can do it before, or after a workout, or on a day off. Just however you do it, do it the same way every time. This way you can be sure to track your gains accurately.

Blink2000, it is very wise to, on occasion, re-examine previously made conclusions, and do clean re-evaluations of "things in life". I read where you are doing this. That is very powerful, and allows a person to move in new directions not previously available.
An open mind that keeps examining, is your friend.
