Hey all,
I've been so frustrated with my PE journey and not gaining, and now I've finally worked out what works for me so I thought I'd share it for anyone in the same situation.
I started off at 5" NBPEL and 4.6" EG. I knew my EG was about average so I really wanted to concentrate on length. I started JPs routine which gave me a total of 4mm girth, but absolutely no length. I upped my routine, got help from loads of pros on the forum but even after 5 months of manual exercises I'd still not gained any length. I was so frustrated with measuring too often and never seeing anything. Despite this I was certain that I would never give up until I'd reached my 6" NBPEL goal. I figured that I had more chance gaining doing PE than not doing PE, so I carried on.
Then after 5 months I thought I'd try hanging. I made myself a homemade hanger and managed to hang about 30mins 4-5 a week (not as much as is recommended but it's all I could fit in). Yesterday was my official 6 week measurement and....oh my god...I cannot tell you how excited I was. I gained 1/4"!!!! After the frustration of not gaining anything for so long I had actually gained for the first time!!!
So that's my secret, for anyone who wants length and who is doing manual exercises and not gaining, try hanging. I was initially worried about messing up my unit but I think that, just like all PE, if you're careful, take things easy, look for warning signs, then I think it can be as safe.
Hope that helps! And to all frustrated PEers, keep at it because you will get there in the end, and the feeling of seeing gains after all the hard work you've put in is totally worth it!
