Hi guys!

Thanks for this site, already this has seemed to contribute to my overall health quite a bit...
I'm doing JP's 90 day beginner routine, I'm wondering if someone could please suggest a simple all-in-one supplement for growth- just a name brand or something specific so I can just go buy it... I tried searching the forum but everything leads to a list of ingredients and often leads to a weight-training supplement discussion... Is there a supplemental equivalent to the 90 day beginner routine? Just a "here you go now get on your way kinda thing?"

Thanks!

Thanks GTAmute... I used to take that or something similar- I'll pick that up again and maybe some Gingko which I found always helped my circulation and mental power as well.

There's also Multi-Vitamin formulas from brands like Optimum Nutrition, Spectrum, Labrada, etc. What I would suggest is to get yourself one of those containers that are split for each day of the week and just fill each spot with the basics. Mine has a Multi, 100mg Vitamin C, Fish Oil capsules, CoQ10 and Tribulus. I pack the thing once a week and all I gotta do is take each day's stuff with breakfast and that's it.

That's exactly what I do. I have a 7-day case and every Sunday night I get all my pills/supplements sorted for the week. Much, much easier.

Mega Man is good... although it's like 40 bucks for 30 days. Maybe more... dunno.

Doesn't have any omega-3's.... so get those too. They are like 8 bucks for 300 ish.

I was told that the brand Nutrilite makes one of the best multi-vitamins on the market.
