This thread is a continuation of a discussion begun in the thread entitled, Has Anyone Tried This Device Below is the accounts of Dustpan and his vigerous road to the gains he has made.

I definitely have to try it out now! It's on my PE shopping list, when I get some time for it. Some men also wear therawrap all day long for the flaccid hang. The "plump" feeling is also a great predictor of gains too. Speaking of which, how's the gaining been?

I am still working on putting together my new routine for the next (3) months. I have been envolved with other things durring the day so most of my exercise and routine is done at night.

Good luck with your new routine! Let us know what it is when you get it going. I don't know if anyone out there is as hardcore as you, but I'm willing to be your routine could help many men.

If it did help, the person or persons would have to stick with it religiously on a daily routine, because that is only way I was able to get the gains. It not that I did it in access but in a need to achieve my goal that I set before me.

I still haven't got there yet, but hoping by September 21,2006 I will have reached my goal for this year.

The routine that I was using didn't come into bieng not until I had gone through (4) months of a Newbie program. Then I had another (4-5) months of advanced routine which included hanging. The hanger that I made was the Captain's wench which I never did like because of the way it was placed on the penis. This put me into a search for a new type of hanger in which I found right here at home. This was the muzzle hanger, the one that I had fit me for awhile, but do to the gains in my girth, I bought a new one a size bigger. I have increased in girth again so I bought a second one, the next size up which is doing fine right now.

Meangreen has a muzzle hanger that I sent him five days ago. He also asked about (Whatagrip)where to get some. I told him that Wal-Mart has them in the sports Dept.

Your words hold a lot of truth! No commitment = gains suffer. In your case, extreme commitment = extreme gains. Maybe there is a correlation here? ;)

Nonetheless, you've brought some great ideas to the table (the muzzle hanger, for instance), and I can't wait to see your new routine. Will you be adding more time/intensity? If you need a hand, let me know (in devising the routine, not for helping you workout).

Also, what is your goal for this year?

I don't think that I need to add more time. I have cut back (2) hours of my old routine but added more intensity to the routine. Remek it is kind of hard to put my routine into words, because I do things that you wouldn't believe unless you saw it for yourself. For instance I have added 15 lbs more to my hanging, which is now at 2 set of 40 lbs at 5 minutes each. I have a rope that I attach to the hanger which is attached to a hook on the wall, and I use my own weight to stretch my penis in length.

With the hanger still on I do other stretching exercises, like while it attached to the hook I back up to the full length the short rope. At this point I lean backwards so the the penis pulled straight out, I stay in this position for 2 minutes, then change to a 90 degree Right then 90 degree Left, each one of these stretches are held for 2 minutes. My last stretch when I step over the rope so my penis is between the cheeks and move forward to get a good between the cheeks stretch.

I know that you have a lot on your plate that you're working on, maybe we could work this out if you want to help. I do have a goal for this coming year of EL 8.00 I don't need the girth anymore I'm at EG 6.00" right now, length is what I'm working on for right now.

I was just thinking about how versatile this hanger really is. When you have only light weights, say 10-15 lbs you really don't have to tighten the clamp to tight, just snug, because underneath the tapper part of the hanger you have a cotton cloth strip 2"x8", then you put the Whatagrip over the top of the cloth strip. When you add heavier weights just snug it up some more.
I have even worn the hanger all day, that is how comfortable it is to wear.

MY GOD MAN, 40 POUNDS! I Believe you have Bib beat! This is amazing and scary at the same time! What's your goal weight? 100 pounds? ;) Just teasing.

Dust, I definitely have a few questions. First, have you read the new article: http://www.exercisingthepenis.com/index.php?page=pis. If not, check it out. I'm curious to see what your PI's are like.

Second, if you are hanging 40 lbs., I can only speculate, but I imagine you have a very very strong penis -- extreme erections, I bet.

You amaze me with every new post. These exercises are intense. I probably wouldn't recommend them to most veterans even! But then again, most people can't hang 40 pounds.

Dust, I would love to help you. You are one of the guys that has great information. I am very happy to have you part of our community.

Now, you know a lot already, so my advice would be more of a second opinion. But onto the questions:

If you could, please recap for me in a nutshell your gains (in what months, during what routines). Try to make this precise enough so we can pinpoint things, but don't get too carried away :)

In particular, what are your gains like lately? Also, if you could, find out your PI's too.

You asked about my PIs:
My PIs are in the positive,
Larger flaccid hang lasting all day
Increased night and morning wood
Increased hardness with erections which last longer then normal
Easier to achieve erections
Increase of normal size? What would you say is normal?, use to be EL 5.250" now is 7.250"
Increased horniness
Sometimes there is some swelling in the penis skin which don't last

I have never had pain or numbness with any of the routines that I follow, I do at time have some dry skin on the penis that sheads, but I don't think thats a problem with that.

Dust, Great! I was almost certain you would have positive PI's. You already have the master PI -- gains (and a lot of them).

What about the routines?

Thank you for the excel worksheet. I enjoyed reading your log. It was very motivational.

I noticed a few things. One, you are always trying to find ways to improve the intensity. You're eyes are set on one direction -- forward. This is a great thing, and essential for gains, IMO. Your experience is in correlation with that.

The second thing I noticed is that you're very intuitive. You were continually devising and thinking about ways to improve your program. This allowed you to reach maximum hieghts in gaining. Kudos to you, my friend.

Very motivational indeed. My advice to you is to keep going in the direction you are: forward. Add the intensity somehow. You seem like an easy girth gainer -- 2 inches is something to be proud of (and you didn't even clamp!).

I think you need some high-intense length stretches, slammed into a superset. I have something in mind. But first, what does your normal "20 minute" Stretch session look like?

The stretching exercise go like this:
After 10 minutes of warming I start out with, SO, side to side
iverted V, regular V stretch and finish twisting the penis 360 degrees or more to the right, then repeat 360 or more to the left. I spend 10-15 minutes with this set of stretches

After this I put the hanger on and stretch with the rope attached to the hook on the the wall. At this point I am using my whole body weight for stretching, there are 4 stretches SO, 90 degree left and 90 degrees right, BTC. All this probably takes 25 minutes twice a day.

Dust,

By twisting the penis, are you doing a "bundled stretch," in which you are literally twisting the shaft.

The pics look great. You can definitely noticed the growth from the last hanging picture that you posted.

Dust, you might want to try out this hanging technique: http://www.thundersplace.org/forum/showthread.php?t=61870&page=5&pp=15&highlight=bib+spoken . I can't say that I've tried it, but it seems to have gotten a lot of hype. The technique, which uses a fulcrum, might be right up your alley.

You also don't appear to do a lot of SU (Straight Up) or commonly known "tunica" stretching. Perhaps it's time to change it up a little. What do you think?
