Yesterday I said I would check EQ and do a couple more stretching sessions, but the skin at the zero point is injured and I want to let it heal for a few days. I don’t know how I will be able to take daily consistent BPFSL measurements in the future. I rounded the corner of the zero end of the ruler even more today, hoping it won’t hurt my pubic skin as much when I get back to measuring my BPFSL and BPEL. I’m not worried as I’ve been feeling very good fatigue at the base when stretching (especially when stretching a little to the sides)
I will still do the sessions in the meantime, I will just replace the BPFSL measurements with a 10-15s super hard straight out lock stretch with my left hand and wait for the skin to heal well.
