Day 32:

- Good session, JP's beginner routine:

1. Warm up with the rice sock for 15 mins...
2. Dry stretches and kegels...
3. Directly into shower, bonus 5 minute warm up...
4. Wet jelqs and v-jelqs x100...
5. Five minute warm down!!


*Still doing good! And this is the start of month 2!!

Day 33:

- Day 33 was an OFF day, but the weekend always messes up my routine... I accidentally missed 2 days!

*Millia, the masterbation has been going a little bit better but it's still tough... I definently have a problem and have for years now. It sucks. My problem is that even when I work hard to miss a day or two of masterbation, my mind gets the best of me and just craves it even more... Then I have about 5 sessions over the coarse of day! Not good... But I'm trying. Even missing 2 days for me is big, so I kind of promised myself TODAY that no matter what, I'm not going to do that for a while... Trying harder.

Man I hear you, I rubbed one out myself today regardless that I did last night as well when I really shouldn't have on both days, but I was just so horny that I couldn't help it!
