Injured myself in June with Le Luv auto pump, it seems as if the left side filled to fast with blood and the right side didn’t- causing it to twist at the base and crash into the cylinder wall which was hot from a heating pad at the time- uro says it’s nerve pain and referred me to pain specialist- penis has slight pull to right or twist to right which makes it feel “displaced”.

Taking some St John’s Wort, Alpha Liopic Acid, and B complex.

I’m a health and exercise nut, eat well, don’t drink, do consume medical cannabis.

It’s been since June and has improved and then backslid due to having sex with my wife.

Have decided hands off completely since last Sunday, it feels better but then random Erection makes it inflame again, sometimes heat helps other times it inflames it, sometime 5 min of direct sun (did this before the injury to clear up skin) helps and sometimes inflames it.

At my wits ends here please help. Thank you

Most likely trauma to your lymph ducts that swell with healing fluid when injured. This is just a waiting game and an obstention from use of your third leg for a couple of months. Happened to me when I fell asleep with a cock ring on that I didn't think was too tight but must have rolled over the wrong way and it was all bruised and swollen. I think I said at the time "now I know what it is like to have a 6 1/2 inch thick cock. Be patient, take care of the wife with some manual and some tongue action. Abstain for you and just chalk it up to experience.

Hmm just puting this out there, pelvic floor issues can cause twisting . Has this been ruled out as a factor?

I agree, you should rule it out first of all. I am having some issues too, and I am going to start my Low Testosterone Treatment soon. Hopefully, it will help and work in my case. What do you think about such stuff, guys? Let me know if you have any suggestions please

Thanks fot the replies. I going on 2 weeks of abstinence and a week off from any weight training- I’m starting to think deadlifts and squats contribute to it.
I did have to squat a pick something else up yesterday and I could feel pain in that area- maybe pudental nerve? Everything is pretty calm down there until I did that, it’s like a groin pain that radiates into the penis. Doing all the pelvic floor stretches- stil bothering me, may have to see a pain specialist! Anyone else have this? Could a penis injury lead to pudental neuralgia? Tia
