Just learned about this stuff and it's amazing healing properties. What does the forum think about it? If I'm allowed I'll post some links for everyone to see.

Please feel free to post details, and if the links are non-monetized you can post them also.
Thank you. So to jump right into it, BPC 157 a peptide with the reputation of having "wolverine like" healing properties on muscles, ligaments, tendons. (TB500 being a similar peptide with amazing healing benefits as well). Basically you inject it into the site of injury and it begins to rapidly heal your wounds. I've done some research myself on the internet and YouTube and haven't seen anyone reject it as snake oil yet. In fact people who have tried it swear by it's amazing healing properties. I'll be doing my own experimentation with BPC 157 on my own member and shoulder. Here's are two links with more information on both peptides.

Both of the links you posted are to the same obvious sales/marketing site. I think it's enough that we have the names of these substances. Anybody can Google them and find objective information about them.

TB500 is a synthetic version of an active region of thymosin β4.

This NIH article was written in 1999. There's scant peer reviewed literature on this substance. If it is the miracle the marketers say it is, it's been very slow to catch on. 1999 was 23 years ago.

Is that all you do is go around being negative? Do your own research before you open your fat mouth. Those side effects don't exist with BPC 157. I posted this info less than two days ago that's not enough time for you to research it.

Watch your fat mouth or you may not be around long

His post is directly from research.

It's a gimmick just like all these "as good as steroids" peptides and special formulas.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to find these peptides are a gimmick.

Amazing guys that are on a “biohacker” site are so closed minded and ignorant of peptides

They are fucking amazing

There is TONS of research on them and plenty of doctors willing to prescribe them and there is a medical association for them and established protocols

Ah, but read a little deeper. There was a history on this thread with the OP posting commercial links and posting ad junk without backing anything up with peer reviewed material. Moreover, it's common for us to see lots of claims posted here involving the use of chemicals and other procedures. We can't put a control on all information here, and wouldn't if we could, but we do like to temper enthusiasm with an understanding of risks, warnings, and side effects.

Nobody was being negative or closed-minded in this thread.

We're all very open minded. The very nature of this site required it of all of us.

If you'd like to share some information about peptides, we're all ears, but it would probably be best if you started a new thread on the subject and post what you know rather than try to support the wrong side of a discussion on a thread that has been inactive for nearly one year.

I look forward to hearing more about what you know and what your personal experience if any with peptides has been.

since you already framed it as “the wrong side” it brings into to question your sincerity.

Posting a make believe side effects list with no evidence further points to not being truthful

A quick search of pubmed will bring up a treasure trove of science about peptides

A search of one of those bad commercial sites will contain links to every known science article on every known peptide , which is massive.

Kind of wasteful for me to reinvent the wheel at 1%

Anti aging, fertility, athletic performance, healing, cosmetics. There probably isn’t a professional athlete or performance animal breeder etc that isn’t using some or more than some of these. Both the allowed and otherwise

By wrong side I meant in defense of the OP who was posting commercial links selling substances without any peer reviewed material. I explained that. And you know it. The list of side-effects was not make believe. It was from a credible medical site.

Stop trying to turn this into something it isn't.

You're not winning any friends here by questioning the sincerity of staff members who volunteer their time to make this a friendly and open place. What you're doing right now is trolling and your next stop is a ban. I'm not playing. Don't test my sincerity on this.

Either post your own thread on peptides or drop it. Make it polite and informative and it will do well.
