Routines have been going pretty well recently since I have decided to stick to a set routine that I know has been getting me some very good PI's! As of right now, my routine is as follows:
- 50 wet jelqs
- 10 seconds heli shakes
- 25 V-Jelqs (straight up)
- 10 seconds heli shakes
- 50 wet jelqs
- 10 second heli shakes
- 25 V-Jelqs
- 5 way stretch - 60 second - (only 30 seconds if my unit feels particularly exhausted)
- 1 A-Stretch - 30 second hold
OR
- 1 set internal stretches (I'll switch off every other routine between the internal or the A-Stretch)
*I've been doing my best to keep my jelqs at about a 30-40% erection level and they have been for about a 4 count with about a 4/10 grip pressure. Stretching has been at an intensity of about 7 out of 10.
CONFIDENCE UPDATE!!!
I'm putting this on here for future times when I may be in need of a little confidence booster. It's not a huge deal but I caught a glimpse of my erect penis tonight and for the first time in a little while I thought that I not only looked good but that I actually looked REALLY big. I would be surprised if my erection was much larger than it normally is but it just looked really really great for some reason tonight. This is nice because just yesterday it happened to look a little bit below average erection-wise (of course my girl didn't think so). I'll try to post these as much as possible because they're fun to look back on.
Overall, I really feel like if I keep up the dedicated routine like I've been doing and continue to get good rest, there's no way that I won't be seeing some very nice progress in the near future
