I have heard others say that your unit needs to be conditioned, and maybe it does, but I started doing these right from the beginning. I also started with the 15 minute time span, but I go for an hour when I do the standard LAS, and when I bundle I go for up to 45 minutes. It isn't a bad idea to shake it out now and then, but I usually forget and just go for the straight hour. I shake it out real good after that. The glans will look funny when you are done, but that goes away in a few minutes. I have never had any kind of injury or pain when doing these, and they will make your flaccid hang and the direction of your hang look awesome. I believe that they may contribute in two other areas (my opinion only), your base girth is increased and I believe it will help a little with making your balls larger. The base girth because you are putting most of the tension on the base of your unit, while the rest of your shaft is not under the same stress. I believe it will affect your sack and balls because while doing the LAS, your balls will be "puffed up" from the squeeze applied by your unit. That in turn makes it into a form of a uli for your sack.
