Stretch your warmed up and loose flaccid between the cheeks by pulling under the glans with one hand and using the other to push the base down for a deeper stretch, and then sitting down on a cushioned chair. You should do it after your penis is conditioned, at least after the three month mark.

I don't know exactly man, my knowledge is limited to the effort I put into the search function. Which, by the way, is limitless if you wanna find what you want! I know a member named rbi99 who does them religiously who could possibly help you out.

When you are doing a behind the cheeks stretch, (I assume it is pretty much the same as an L.A.S.) you should not sit on it longer than fifteen minutes at a time. You can do it for as long as you want, so long as you shake it out or strike it against your inner thigh a bunch of times, all of this to make sure you get the blood flowing again through your "noodled" dick. The only danger from this exercise is if you sit on your willy too long and don't get the blood flowing again from time to time.

I have heard others say that your unit needs to be conditioned, and maybe it does, but I started doing these right from the beginning. I also started with the 15 minute time span, but I go for an hour when I do the standard LAS, and when I bundle I go for up to 45 minutes. It isn't a bad idea to shake it out now and then, but I usually forget and just go for the straight hour. I shake it out real good after that. The glans will look funny when you are done, but that goes away in a few minutes. I have never had any kind of injury or pain when doing these, and they will make your flaccid hang and the direction of your hang look awesome. I believe that they may contribute in two other areas (my opinion only), your base girth is increased and I believe it will help a little with making your balls larger. The base girth because you are putting most of the tension on the base of your unit, while the rest of your shaft is not under the same stress. I believe it will affect your sack and balls because while doing the LAS, your balls will be "puffed up" from the squeeze applied by your unit. That in turn makes it into a form of a uli for your sack.

rbi99: could you explain the "direction of hang effect" that you can get from LAS ? I always thought of the lazy ass stretch as one that would simply influence straight ahead growth.

Since I am getting minimum length gains from LAS's and jelqing (and not much if any from actual stretching), I am not a good person to talk to about anything related to length. When I refer to hang direction I mean your unit will be looking at the floor when it is flaccid (if it wasn't already doing that). I had some respectable girth before I started, and my flaccid length wasn't much to write home about, and the combo left my unit hanging at about a 45 degree angle when flaccid. Now my flaccid hang is straight down, and I have seen substantial gains in flaccid length. In my case that did not translate into erect length gains, but that isn't what LAS's were reputed to be for anyways. My theorizing about testicle size increase and base girth increases are based solely on my unit. My base girth has outgrown my other girth gains, and I can only attribute that to LAS's. Uli's are suppose to add girth by puffing up your unit and glans for X number of seconds, but while doing LAS's you are puffing up your sack by X amount of minutes. I do testicle jelqing also, so my increase in sack and nut size might be for that reason, or a combo of the two.
