Yeah...I did some jelqing (200 reps) at night time for about 6 days and have the hang of it for the most part and I don't injure myself and I can still get erections and such. Actually I get more erections, though I am also on Wellbutrin so that may have an effect as well. I want to incorporate the V-Jelq and some light stretching (very light) with kegging(sp) like in JP's routine. I also only warmed up by just wrapping my penis in a hot towel for like 1 minute.

Warm ups need to be longer than a minute Retinoid. Like 10-15 minimum.
