Haha when I was just solely jelqing I was getting the craziest erections in the mornings and at random times during the day. And I noticed small spots on my penis from rupturing blood vessels!

Doing both v's and regular jelqing properly, as your jelqing hand reaches the base of your glans, your glans should be very hard when you touch it. If it is, that means you have pushed plenty of blood up your shaft. If it isn't hard, then you need to do one of three things: work on your grip strength, your technique, or both.

I have a question, I work all night and then go to school 3 days a week. Then I immediatley go to bed and when I wake up I do my PE'ing. I can feel the blood going up my shaft when I jelq and I seem to be a little engorged but my glans never seem hard. Am I doing the jelq incorrecdtly?

If your glans isn't hard, that means you haven't pushed the max amount of blood up your shaft. It doesn't mean it was done wrong, but it means it wasn't as effective as it could be. On v's, make sure your shaft is deep into the webbing of your fingers, and that your hand is quite cupped. For some reason this makes the v more effective. On regular jelqs, make sure your finger tip is dead on your cs as you jelq. Alternate between v's and regulars so that you give your fingers a chance to rest. Rather than doing a lot in a row, do fewer per set but add more sets, again to give your fingers a chance to rest.

Perhaps take a workout and experiment. Rather than doing a routine, play around until you have it figured out, then do your normal routine the next day.

In my routine I don't do sets. Its more of a constant set of non step repitions, think I should do sets?

Rbi99,
I have been trying to exert the same amount of pressure around the whole penis. Is this correct?
I have just read in another forum that pressure should only be applied on the sides and on the bottom as nerves and veins run through the top of the penis...Can explain to me the correct way of doing the jelq? How should I distribute pressure? Equal? Focus on the sides?

This means you are doing it jsut a wee bit too much, I got this too recently and my EQ went down the next day.

Just a thought.

I view ruptured blood vessels as a positive PI (personally) and my EQ never really goes down from getting the spots, it goes down because of tiredness (I think)

Thanks I will work on getting more blood pushed up when jelqing.
