How many of you guys/gals got a good grilling system or recipe for steaks and such? I love to cook on mine, and would love to get some new ideas for steak/chicken marinates etc.

My personal favorite for steaks is: (ribeyes) salt, pepper, meat tenderizer, a couple drops of A1, splash of wine, good dose of worchester sauce, and sprinkle on some McCormics steak seasoning. I let it set for about an hour before grilling.
MAN its awesome! I can't find a restuarant anywhere that can touch it. I think cooking it hot and fast is the key.

I've got some good chicken and rib marinates aswell, but I'll wait and see if anyone participates in the thread.:spy:

I've never tried grilling any fish. I usually have a fish fry. What's your heat at for that?

Chicken is white meat. Tell you the truth beef to me has les flavor than chicken or pork does. Im diabetic so i cant just eat a bunch of carbs it has to be 3-1 3 parts protein to 1 part carb. I lump vegetable in with the 3 part beings they don't raise blood sugar to much. Tell you the truth i really don't like meat all that much im tired of it.
