Tuesday & Wednesday - Going strong!

Tuesday evening

80 erect kegels
30 minutes of edging+ejaculation

I was busy the whole day so I couldn't do my usual morning dry jelqing. And in the evening I didn't go to sauna so I ended up doing erect kegels in bed. Then I was on the phone with my girlfriend and well, you can guess the rest!

I don't know if it was a good thing to jelq after those squeezes. Should I have kept the girthyness or it didn't matter that I jelqed it away?

Yes Impala! You are absolute right! The big gains come gradually from little gains. I am not disappointed at all man. I am going stronger than ever! I am really happy that focusing on different exercises I can control my growth and my EQ. My length is growing really nicely and that is great. But yeah, I am a bit unhappy with my girth growth. It is understandable because in the beginning I gained so much of it! So now gaining this little seems so useless. But now I am going to girth like crazy! Thanks for the support mate! I really appreciate it.

Yeah, like that. That was the routine today. I thought that maybe I do some edging after the routine but I didn't even start properly when I cummed all over the place. It seems that the squeezes make me really sensitive. Oh yeah, the session today was with porno. It is so much convenient to watch porno. Gets me harder faster and it doesn't take all day to finish the sets. Maybe in the evening I try edging again. Properly without porno.

EDIT: I did some edging now as I planned before. No porno but girlfriend's naughty photos did the trick! I was kegeling near PONR all the time and then suddenly I felt the load moving and it didn't help to kegel anymore. I really felt again that I cummed so easily. Are my PC/BC muscles somehow unbalanced or why it feels that nowadays I ejaculate so easily? All you guys there who think if cumming hinders gains, I can tell you that (and you see it from my log) I ejaculate almost everyday. Sometimes even twice a day! But sometimes I go days in a row without. And in the end, I am still gaining!

Side note - I feel like sh*t again. I need a job. I feel useless because I have been unemployed for a while now and I am living with my parents. Makes me feel so useless and depressed.

Friday & Saturday - Re-discovering an old jelqing technique!

Friday night

25 minutes of erect kegel jelqs mixed with rotate jelqing

So I was in bed already, trying to fall asleep but I just couldn't so I started to exercise. I did some erect kegel jelqs. Dry, not wet. Actually I was watching porno but I didn't ejaculate. I was just exercising. But I did something different than before. I remembered that in September when I started, I had problems to jelq because of the vein on the right side of the shaft. So I noticed that it is better for the vein if I twist my wrist during jelqing. Yesterday I remembered this and tried it. Felt pretty nice. After 25 minutes of erect jelqing with that style, my flaccid hang was really girthy.

Saturday

15 minutes of rotate jelqing, 0-20%, in sauna
15 minutes of rotate dry jelqing, 0-40%, after sauna

I tried again that rotating wrist technique. Again I managed to get a nice fat flaccid.

Anyways, let's talk about this rotate jelqing I am all about today. So I tried it in September because normal jelqing felt uncomfortable on my vein on the right side of the shaft. How you do it? Well, in normal O-grip jelqing, you place your grip on the base of your shaft in a way that your forefinger and thumb touch on the right side of the shaft. Then you jelq up the shaft, stopping your grip under the glans, the same way fingers touching on the right side of the shaft (if you are right handed of course). In rotating jelqing, your starting grip at the base is different - fingers touch on top of the shaft (your wrist is very much turned under the shaft, near the balls) and when you jelq up the shaft, you turn (rotate) your grip slowly. Your finishing grip position probably is the same, on the right side of the shaft as in the normal jelqing. With practice, you can do it using reversed O-grip too or using rotation clockwise or counterclockwise.

So why would you try this technique? For girth of course! The way I have understood jelqing and what it actually does inside a penis, is that it pushed blood forward, up the shaft. When relatively flaccid, there is room for blood to move forward thus increasing length. When jelqing erect, the blood tries to move right and left, therefore increasing girth. This 'pushing forward' action is achieved when using normal O-grip. But if you rotate your grip while jelqing, you don't only push blood forward, you also try to push it to the side, either left or right. This would then lead to growth in circumference.

I am sure someone has found this technique and tried it even. Or maybe this technique is a commonly known style. I just haven't come across with it anywhere at the forum. But I like it now and I will keep on trying it more and more. I am really after girth now and I will try anything to gain more!

Hey Elias I got a question for you. Out of these two sets of exercises, which do you think targets girth more:

Routine A:
3 x 30 sec Internal Stretch
3 x 30 sec Tunica Tug
Full set of O-Bends

Rountine B:
3 x 30 sec Internal Stretch
6 x 30 sec Tunica Tug
100 3 sec Jelqs
100 3 sec V-Jelqs

I'm really trying to focus more on girth in my routine and I'm looking at switching the exercises in Routine A for the ones in B.

Hey PI!

I would say that if I was to choose a girth routine from these options,I would choose routine B. I have tried O-bends but they are a bit tricky because the erection level should be right. If you can find the sweet erection level and keep it, then I am sure they feel great! Keep on doing them but with more sets! I have never managed to get the full benefit out of them. The normal and V-jelqs definitely are my favorites. A bit higher erection level again here and you would be focusing on girth.

Plus you have those tunica tugs there which should work for girth too.

EDIT (3 hours later): Hey Impala I just tried those O-bends myself. I did all 16 bends like it says in that thread + 2 ulis afterwards. I got interrupted so I couldn't go forward with more ulis although I wanted. It really is a learning experience to do O-bends correctly. I think for few bends I was too erect but I kept bending slowly anyways.

So I would say now after trying all four fingers with all four directions that O-bends might work quite nicely. You are doing one set of them, right? That's total of 4 bends? Have you considered increasing the number of sets and fingers?

Saturday & Sunday – Wrapping 101!

Saturday night

60 minutes of erect kegel jelqing

I could not sleep so I decided to do something to pass the time. I put on some porno on the background and started jelqing. The clip was just there to keep me super hard. It is so much more convenient like this. I can focus on the jelqing technique alone because I don’t need to practise any mental fantasies. I jelqed with different techniques – normal grip, reversed, rotating my wrist, fast jelqs, slow jelqs. Everything I could think of I did! And I kegeled like hell all the time for one hour. Actually my PC/BC has been a bit sore on Sunday.

Sunday night

Like that. Nothing special to say here. Again porno. Man, I watch quite a lot of porno actually! Time to start reducing again. But I don’t cum that often with porno. I keep it there for exercise purposes, not for pleasure.

On Sunday I also for the first time tried traction wrapping. I read the instructions and a couple of threads about it. Then I found a roll of wrapping, the same kind which is used in hospitals for wounds. I don’t know if I like it or not. I think I am doing it wrong. I am uncut so should I pull back the skin and then start wrapping under the glans? I think so because otherwise the glans will escape inside the foreskin and the same time, escaping the wrapping like a turtle. So I then tried pulling back the skin and wrapping. It was better. It hold the glans in place but at first when wrapping like this, my glans was warm and then after 15-20 minutes it turned cold. If it is cold, there is no blood circulation. I really cannot wrap any lighter around the shaft because then the wrap won’t hold the glans but it will escape. I think again this is a learning experience.

I will do some exercises later today so I will post something about in the evening or during the night. I can still feel all the recent exercises in my PC/BC and deep behind my base but I don't care! I want to do some girth exercises today.

Well Gyrta, I am not totally happy with my girth gains but I am gaining length quite nicely. I am still an inch behind from your girth mate! I can see that you are focusing more on length now. Do you have any girth tips you could give me?

Yeah, I have my own sauna. I usually go there twice a week - Tuesdays and Saturdays. I used to stretch there but now I am only doing jelqs. I gained 0.15" in EL/3 weeks by stretching in sauna so I guess it works.

And another question Gyrta, do you think doing the sessions twice a day is better? I have seen that you also do in the morning and in the evening. I am doing through out the day depending how I have time and I kind of like it like that.

When I was doing to the O-Bends I did a total of 16 sets. 1 finger (up, down, left, right), 2 fingers (same), 3 fingers... You get the idea. All the way up to 4 fingers. It was always difficult to maintain the proper erection level but I thought I was getting it. I really liked how the Rotating Jelqs felt. I could feel blood being pushed in all directions. For right now I plan on sticking with the Rotating and V-Jelqs and maybe later on I will bring the O-Bends back. Keep up the hard work man! Can't wait to see the numbers!

I was born with 6" girth, so I haven't done anything radical to gain girth. I should take advice from you when I'm focusing on girth. :)

I like the split-sessions a lot. I like to focus and do my session properly.
I do my jelqing in the morning, by only doing jelqing I can focus and doing the jelqs as good as possible. The same applies when stretching in the evening.
The theory behind that is that our mind like to work for 40-45min maximum before it needs rest. And if you PE for 60+ min, you're going to have problem with focusing the last part.

Beside that,I still live with my parents (can't find an appartment :() and it's easier to do two session and not got disturbed than doing one long.
I'm going to follow you log, with those crazy gains you're going to piss on my girth by summer. :D

Monday - Girth exercises and wrapping

Monday afternoon

So after reading PremierImpala's post about O-bends, I decided to try them. They felt pretty nice. I have tried them before but I never really have done them because I find them a bit too tricky. The erection level should be perfect in order to get the full benefit from them. Now I think I did pretty well although a couple of bends were with too high erection level. It really felt that my penis does not bend at all.

Then few hours later in the evening I did more exercises. I started with jelqs like always. Started 0% erection but in few seconds I was up in 100%. I already managed to make my penis shaft really big with the rotating jelqs. I felt how the shaft especially the sides of it felt so much bigger. But I kept on going with ulis, supra slammers, jelqing ulis and those short clamping sessions. I am still not comfortable in doing longer clamping sessions. I don't know actually how tightly I should clamp. So I am fine now with only 1 minute clamps. Then I did some reversed kegels to balloon my cock some more and well, I guess it was almost an accident but I shot my load. I didn't mean to but yeah, it happened.

Then it was my longest wrapping since I started. Thanks pe_ZEN for your advice. I tried to adjust the wrap the way you told me. The glans escaped again a couple of times after few minutes but then I wrapped a bit tighter under the glans and I managed to keep the glans outside the wrap. But it got cold after a while. I had to shake the unit around, do some helicopters and try to loosen to wrap a bit. Then it was okay and feeling nice. 2 hours I had it on and now the little buddy hangs okay! So I am learning I think.

Premier - Yeah man! I think it is a good call to try the rotating jelqs and V-jelqs if you have already done O-bends as a full 16 bend set. Why not give jelqing a chance! One more thing I noticed when I checked your log, was the warming-up time (I came back to your log and edited something about it in my last post). Maybe you should increase the warm-up time a bit to get the most of your stretching.

Yeah guys, I have been doing this kind of 'through out the day' PE for two months now. I am finishing my degree at the uni and looking for a job at the same time so I actually have a lot of free time during the day. So this kind of exercising works for me. And I am gaining, slowly but surely.

I am not sure what you guys know about my training but I go in 3 week periods and for each period I have an objective. Now for this period I am aiming to gain 0.3cm in EL and 0.3cm in EG. I don't have any fixed programme but I go with the feeling. Each period I decide what I want and then each time when it's time to exercise, I decide the exercises according to that. Now on this period I am after better EQ and girth, so I am doing jelqs, squeezes and just today I tried O-bends. No stretching now but in my previous period I did sauna stretching twice a week and gained 0.4cm in EL!

So yeah, still 1.5 weeks to go with this period. Then we'll see if I have met my objective! I am subscribing your logs too guys so I can check your progress as well!

Im currently looking for length now so im thinking i will start a stretching routine in the morning then continue my normal routine at night.
I think I will try this for a few eeeks and see how it feels and adjust it according to my PIs

Hello! That was awesome! I read about tunica tugs some more and tried them. In sauna I did 11 of them and then after sauna a set of O-bends. Then I continued watching TV-series and slowly jelqing for an hour. My God my dick was huge! The whole Wednesday it was hanging huge. Girth especially was the biggest ever. That felt really good.

For a week now, I have been noticing that my dick is bending to the left. I guess it is one of the exercises I have been doing that is bending it but I haven't thought about it really - I don't know which one! I hope the rotating jelqs will help it a bit because I rotate against the bend thus force the shaft bend to the right.

Another thing, I have been wrapping and a couple of times, I got a bit erect while wrapped - maybe 30% erection while wrapped. It felt a bit uncomfortable but now since yesterday I have felt that there is pain under my balls. The pain is somewhere in the PC-muscle, exactly where you can feel the muscle if you touch the area where the testicles end. I know I should not get erect while wrapped but can it be that a slight erection while wrapped caused me that pain in the PC-muscle? You know, by restricting the erection it somehow was fighting against the muscle and caused a slight injury and pain down there.

Anyways, I am doing okay. I am really happy and enthusiastic about tunica tugs. I try to do every time from now on, combined with some other girth exercises.

I've never wrapped so I can't say anything there but it sounds like you might be onto something with the wrapping fighting the erection. I'm glad you're feeling better now. Friday - Nice PE day

Everything seems to be okay. I did quite nice session yesterday and today I woke up with a fat flaccid. Now it is still hanging quite large. Nice! I have noticed that my EQ has been going down a bit. I can clearly see the difference between girth exercises only and tunica tugs combined with girth exercises. Tunica tugs do stretch the tunica so much that it brings my EQ down a bit. Not a lot but enough to see that I don't get random erections and the erections take longer to reach 100%.

Today is Saturday and probably a sauna night but I am a bit busy today so I might not have time to do anything. Actually it is a good time to have a day off. I am training hard nowadays so what I am doing now - 2 in, 1 off - probably is a good system.

Oh one more thing! Yesterday I wrapped for an hour and I made sure I didn't get erections - I fowfered while being wrapped in the bed before sleeping. I had no pain and everything went fine. So I am pretty sure the pain I wrote about last time was caused by the erections while wrapped.

Next Thursday is measuring day. The objectives were 0.30cm in EL and 0.30cm in EG. The way my penis feels and looks is, well, I don't know. Hard to say I guess. I reckon I can gain 0.20cm in EL but because my girth gains have been slow the past couple of months, I feel that 0.30cm might be too much (although I was confident that I can reach those numbers now). Maybe I can gain something like 0.10cm. Although tunica tugs are making my flaccid girth bigger, I am not sure if they transform into erect gains as well. And I started doing them only in the beginning of this week so for the current 3 week period, maybe it is too late.

But I like to think so much in detail. It is a lot of fun to try to design routines that give you exactly what I want. Heaps of fun!

Oops I did it again! I wanted to do more supra slammers but I couldn't. I was jelqing erect between the sets and doing squeezes and slammers. I was preparing to do a fifth slammer but I couldn't. I placed my reversed O-grip at the base and I felt really aroused. I felt that my load is starting to move. I thought if should I stop it but then I decided to let it go. So I shot to the ceiling! Nice but damn. What a hell is happening to me? I get myself so close to PONR so often just by doing squeezes. I guess the reason might be that overall, the session is like an edging session. I am fully erect and stroking my cock with different jelqs and doing squeezes while keeping myself close to PONR. So basically, what I do is an edging session with some exercises. So no wonder it makes me ejaculate.

Sunday evening

This felt nice! They were dry jelqs. You know, I slowly move my jelqing grip up the shaft and when I reach under the glans, I stop and jiggle. Let me explain what I mean. Jiggle like when finishing urinating, you jiggle your penis to empty all the last drops. This is almost the same - I reach under the glans with the grip and gently jiggle (make a pull and shake motion) to finalise the jelq. Also while doing this, I tighten the kegel! Remember it is an erect kegel jelq so I am holding a kegel but when I jiggle, I try to tighten the kegel even more to bring something extra into it. It somehow feels nicer in the shaft and in my glans. I guess I am trying to push the blood more deeper inside the glans.

I think you know what I mean - you have been writing in your log about having a really high EQ lately. But how can I focus on the mid section expansion mate? I don't know how to do it. Usually I just try to get that floppy, engorged feeling in all the shaft. That should be enough, right? Or do you have some tricks for extra expansion?

But talking about mid section, while I was erect earlier, I noticed that there is some growth on top of the shaft. Maybe 2 inches under the glans. There, under the skin I can feel that the penis shaft has changed shape. On the top side, there is something new growth. I don't know if this can be seen on Thursday because it is not exactly where I usually measure - I measure mid shaft girth only. So if there is no growth in mid shaft, then the measuring tape doesn't see it. But definitely my penis shaft feels different and there is growth.

One more thing! This weeks girth exercises - probably doing O-bends while too erect - caused some red dots on my shaft. I have had them before so I know what they are and I am not alarmed or anything like that. I just wanted to write this down for future reference. This is the reason I haven't done the bends because it's so difficult to find the right erection level.
