This was an interesting change. Here's the way things have changed.
Stretches: L,R,U,D,SO. Hold each for 1 min.---2 sets.
Rotary Stretches :10 rotations-both directions.Soft tension.
Jelqs: 50- 2 hand grips,light tension,2 sec.-continuous.
V-Jelqs: 30- same as before.
Squeezes: 2 grips=1 set----2 sets.
Inner Pulls: 4-pulls=1 set.
Not a very large change.A lot lighter touch in use.
I'll see how these work out.

Did my altered routine again today.This seems lighter than my previous one.
I'm finding a way to jelq that,to me, has the benefit of a V-Jelq and a standard one.

I hold my self over-hand,with thumb and finger hooked around the shaft,hooked finger sliding
over the CS .Pulling up from root base. This is a PLUMP flaccid. Nothing HARD about it.
I use coconut oil, which is really good for the penis.
Sliding over the urethral tube towards the head.
The intention being increased size at my circ scar.


I do these hand over hand,2 sec. each, for a continuous type pull.
Each time pulling my sac skin down.
This has a rhythm to it, which is great.
I do these for at least a count of 200.
These are so easy to do.
I get a real good plump flaccid.
My girth at my scar has increased a lot.

If anyone wants to try these out and post back, come on.I can always use the input.

Ha, found colors.
Did the altered routine again. And my version of a continuous jelq. Inner pulls and flaccid squeezes.
I've been foreskin restoring,and have the head taped with a 3/4"to 1/2" pvc plumbing reducer enclosing the glans.
The skin taped to the reducer.This has really helped with the stretching.As I have something to hold on to,besides the head.
This really stretches the skin and the inner shaft,leaving the glans alone. Feels more effective .

I've had a lot of wood today and that hasn't happened for a while,so YEAH !!! We'll continue as before.
I hope this change is helping my growth.I'm playing with the EtP Theory.
At this point,this feels right.

Hi all, I must be looney. Once I feel that all is going well, there's that wall again.
Heysus chistos, can I just settle down and keep a routine going, at least till I see growth ?
Read unstoppable's post from TP. and how his routine is structured . Heavy ,light , off .
My method uses EtP theory and his uses a muscle type that keeps the body confused.
It can't adjust to the exercise quickly. As it's always changing.
All the things I seem to need more of .

Wednesday is an off day. Thursday,heavy workout. Friday ,70% of the heavy day . Sat. off.

Wow , this a great routine that I figured out . This is my heavy day . 2-4 10 .
Routine:
Stretches-L,R,U,D,SO - hold 1 min. each. -- 1 rep. = 1 set = 4 sets. Pulling at a 9 strength .
Rotary Stretches - 10 rotations, each way---1 rotation = 1 set = 4 sets. Pulling at a 9 strength .
Helicopters between each set.
Kegals with each stretch.
Continuous Jelq - 200 - 2 sec. hold - hand over hand. Using a 7 strength .
Flaccid Compressive Squeezes - 2 grips= 1 set x 3 = 3 sets. Using a 7 strength .
pushing down on glans - 45 sec. each.
Flaccid Jelq, on back , between legs , pulling down , 2 min. Using a 5 strength .

I have to keep track of how hard I'm pulling since this is my heavy day .
Friday 2-5-10 ,I do about 70 % of my heavy day .
Saturday is my off day.
This is ,I hope, what I'll be doing the rest of the month .
I'm hoping these aren't "famous last words". LOL !!!

I'm using inspiration from unstoppable's log on TP.
These seem to complement my current routine .

This is the light day of my routine . I used a lighter stretch on all my exercises .
Cut my flaccid squeezes by 1 set . Cut my jelqs by 100 .
Cut Rotary stretches by 1 set .

Tomorrow is an off day .

Had good wood this morning . But no random erections through out the day .
So , I'm glad to take a day to rest my pecker .

Since this is such an experiment , as is all PE , I never know what to expect .
Jump in with both feet and hope for the best .
Too soon to tell if this routine is working . I'm feeling fine .
My dick feels fine,not sore or fatigued .
But should it feel fatigued ? When I really work my meat , I always lose my MW .

Too much thinking . AARGGGggg !!!

Well , I've done my off day . The only thing I did with my dick was to have it taped and hung with 4 chrome rings to help stretch my foreskin . Not that I "didn't" want to pull on it . LOL !!! But,this is an off day and it needed to
be left alone .
I'm sitting at my putr' with it hanging between my legs . It's real fat and plumped . I'm liking this .
An off day works wonders .
I started exercises at my club again , after stopping a couple of years ago . As I was refreshing my memory of the
machines , I thought of my routine here . And how I would use this knowledge there . A routine of heavy,light,
and off . And how I would co-ordinate them . Still not sure , but I will .
My method was to start with light weight at 15 reps . Increasing weight the next several sets . Till fatigue .
Sort of like here . Hmmmm .
Thought process ----gears meshing , smoke rising ......

Well , what can I say ? I've must have completely lost my mind . Let me see if I can figure out what happened .
Last night had good EQ , about a 7 or so ,not great but adequate . Plump and all . Glad to have a day off .
Today , a heavy day exercise wise . Did my directional stretches , rotary stretches . All the while losing EQ .
Then came jelqs , could only do half of them , because I was totally soft . Forget the flaccid squeezes , My unit didn't qualify .
This is what's nuts , I've coached several guys about going slowly till they get conditioned . And their EQ is way off .
Here I am , limp dick m/f , to soft to even squeeze it right . AArrgggg !!!!

I'm sitting here , looking down at myself .At this point I've got a 4 1/2 " mid girth . Not bad .
My pecker looks fluffed and plump ,right now . A little ache at the base .But other wise feels good .

This is where I must rethink my routine a bit . I may be too aggressive with my stretches . That's where I started losing EQ .
I must still be learning , how much is too much for my dick to handle. Apparently my peepee is more tender than I thought . LOL !!!
At this point , it's "funny" .

Tomorrow , rework the routine to be more dick friendly . And take another day off .

OK , Now that I've slept on it . When I exercised yesterday , I really worked my glutes thighs , and lower back . Again , probably too much .
When bending over , I'm so sore . Lower back and butt and hips are really sore .
I'm realizing that this is probably a two fold no-no . Over doing muscle exercises and stretching way too much and pulling too hard .
On the same day . I need better co-ordination .
As I said before , work in progress .
Willie feels achy at his base , and through his length . He's still 5" BG . 4 3/4" FL . So I guess he's fine .
I 'll take today and tomorrow off .

Thinking about what to do .?!?
I really want to work them in a routine that will enhance both .
Body feels good , now that I'm back in the weight room .
Perhaps , since they are all "muscles" , this will be easy to do .

Okay , Things are coming back already. Thank god .Almost no ache in my dick . Yeahh !!! Starting to get my EQ back .
Still not enough for me .Probably a 6 or 7 , if I stimulate myself . Had a great night wood . I could barely get my fingers around my self . About a 6" base . If this would translate to
wake time ,I'd be a happy camper .
So , with that in mind , I'll take 1 more day off .
Posted on a thread where several other guys were in the same frame of mind . dissatisfied with their current routines and are starting over with JP's routine . That's what I'm considering myself .
I have to consider myself still a newbie . My ego thinks I know more than I do . Live and learn . The only good thing is , I've not injured myself with my ignorance .

Good luck with the restart bud. Start back slow and slowly work the intensity up this time. You might find that all along all you ever needed was 5-10 minutes of stretching and 5-10 minutes of jelqing. Do the minimum amount needed to make gains and your EQ will stay high. :)

Hey Gator , Thanks man . Yes , I got ahead of myself there . It was great seeing several of you guys coming to the same conclusion as I . Square one . Restart .
It's very easy to get carried away .
I will take your advice .
I've been watching your progress also . Very inspiring .

Here's my plan for restart . JP's beginners routine . I'll see if I have what it takes to be a larger- me .
As compared to a mini- me . LOL !!! Need more humor, don't you know .
I'll start with less jelqs and more stretches .
Probably this evening .
Going away for a few days , and won't be able to do much at my mom's house .
But ,I do have a room . So something will be done PE wise .
I think I'll be able to post while there and keep up with you guys .
Y'all have become family ,even though we haven't met .

Overdoing it a little bit is fine. You won't grow without fatiguing your penis. But you need to give it rest so that it has time to heal and grow.

I personally have done this too many times myself . This one way I gauge my PI's . When my wood is not enough ,
time out for rest . And maybe a routine remodel . :D

A new routine for ME . Geeood !! Did a limited routine tonight in a HOT tub . Some foreskin stretches , 2 or 3 min. . A few light jelqs ,
2 or 3 min. and about 3 min . rotary stretches . That's all , tonight .
Ego wants more , but higher self says , ENOUGH ALREADY . Okay , !!!! (slaps hands off lap ) leave IT alone for once . hahaha ;):D:p

Don't be fooled by a high EQ post workout. This can be misleading. The only EQ you can trust as a legit PI is after 2 days of full rest. A sudden increase in gains and EQ after a workout is often a sign that you have injured yourself, not that it was a good workout.

Dryjelq , I assume you're addressing me .Thank you . I took at least 3 or 4 days off , and haven't gotten a large EQ yet , but it's getting better . I don't think I've gained anything . I'm starting with a "less is more" attitude .
