your limiting factor is the SM. You need to concentrate your exercises on the inside of the penis.

It's got several girth exercises, depending on your level. If you're a newb, dont go over level 3.

I think, but i could bee wrong, but the true limiting factor to gains is the derma closest to the tunica. Tunica is like a fingernail if it was not covered over with derma itwould grow faster w/o limit. so therefore the skin must be stretched to accomadate length gains especially.

The past few days have been great for my penis, girth wise.

It appears that I lost a bit of length and gained a good bit of girth. I love it.

Pumping and clamping are a good combo for girth.

I have been following your other thread about trouble gaining girth and I still wonder if that has any relevance to your current exercises. The o-bends in particular are excellent.

Keep up the good work!
I too am in need of more girth (only about 4.7-4.8 right now)

Hey zulu,

yeah the O bend is quite a special exercise.

To be honest, I'm so edgy that I dont have the patience for the O bend. I just wanna pump, clamp, jelq at 100% erection and perform erect bends. I guess I'm at that advanced stage of PE.

Hey man great log. How did you find the mandingo stretch? I implement these every session, 3 sets of 60second holds just under the glands. I think they are working.

Radiohead, would you say that most of your girth gains are the result of pumping and clamping?

And do you do the full 15-20 minutes pumping while in the shower?

No, my girth came with all the exercises combined. It's just that lately with pumping and clamping, I really feel different.

O bend is extremely important. I performed both pumping and clamping today, as well as the O bend just before going to bed. I had morning wood all morning and when I went to pee, I had a great flaccid hang. Good stuff!

-Rotating Stretch: 5 on the left, 5 on the right (ligs)
-Internal Stretch: 5 sets @ 30 seconds each (inner penis)
-A stretch: 3 sets @ 20 seconds each (overall penis)
-Mandingo stretch: 6 sets @ 15 seconds each (inner penis)
-Fulcrum stretch (downwards): 3 sets @ 30 seconds each (inner penis)

As any other young adolescent, I was exposed to the world of pornography. I watched porn on a daily basis, masturbating my way through life. -Warm shower, keep the cock warmed up.
-Bathmate pumping for 10 mins (broken up in sets of 20 seconds) at high pumping pressure
-Proceeded to a porn induced clamping session (edging + clamping) for a good 2 minutes, followed by an ejaculation
-Waited 2 hours

1) Warm up in the shower OR with your own conventional method. (15 minutes)
2) Pump for 15 minutes. I use the bathmate pump in the shower (with steaming hot water). You can use an air pump.
3) Proceed to clamping for 10 minutes with a 100% erection. You can use a cable clamp or a small strip of velcro (that you close tightly around the cock).
4) Hang for 15 minutes.

This takes a total of 55 minutes, just under an hour.

You work your CCs and smooth muscle (pumping and clamping). You then work your tunica and ligaments (hanging).

Such a simple and effective routine. Give it a try. Let me know what you think :)
