Hey everyone,
I am relatively new here and to PE. I have only been following a routine for a little over a month. I just switched my routine to JP's 90 day beginner routine. I have to change around the stretches though due to my penis always pointing hard right when erect.
I discovered PE by accident. I was just looking up treatments for poor EQ, stamina and libido. Being only 24 and losing EQ can do a lot of damage to one's self esteem. I had already tried pills (herbal remedies and generic Cialis) and I didn't want to depend on a pill to perform sexually. After a couple minutes on Google, I read about jelqing. A couple threads later and the promise of increased EQ and size, I figured why not try it out.
In the past month I have improved my EQ and noticed small gains in size. I started out with EL=5.9" and EG=5". My immediate goal is to reach: EL=7" & EG=5.5"-6". I also need to improve my stamina as I have trouble maintaining a quality erection without constant, rapid stimulation. Which is why I am going to start ballooning. I should also mention that I gave up watching porn. I had a massive porn collection and could only really get a decent erection by watching porn. Don't get me wrong, I do not think porn is a bad thing. I just think that I was watching it way too much and I was conditioning myself to only get hard by watching porn.
I am going to try to become an active member here because it will most likely help keep me on track with my routine.
