I have been rather astonished at my girth gain these past three months, because I didn't expect a whole lot. While my mid shaft gain is now a little better than 1/2", my base girth has increased by an inch, if not more. I have been on a very basic jelqing program, certainly nothing that many before me haven't tried. But I have been giving it a lot of thought as to why my base girth is so much larger - and I think I have an idea. I was laid off from my job in early May, fortunately I am back at work this week, but while laid off I had a lot of extra time on my hands.
One of the things I have done a lot of while sitting in front of my computer has been Lazy Ass Stretches (fowfers). While some people do them for maybe 10 minutes at a time, I have sat on my unit for up to an hour, usually at least 1/2 hour, several times a day. It has been generally believed that LAS helps with flaccid length and possibly flaccid girth, but does nothing for erect gains. I am starting to believe that they just may help, and it is this exercise that very well may have given me my extra base girth gains. Think about it, what part of the penis is stressed when you pull your unit under you and then sit on it? It is the base of your penis and your upper ligaments. The rest of your pecker is straight out underneath you, and isn't under any undo stress. Because my jelqing routine is quite basic, and takes me less than 20 minutes a night (and I don't jelq on back-to-back days), I am hard pressed to explain my girth gains, especially my base girth, until I throw the LAS into the equation.
I would love to hear if there are others out there that have done LAS for more then the usual 10 minutes, and if they have experienced base girth gains that are greater than their other girth gains.
