I have been rather astonished at my girth gain these past three months, because I didn't expect a whole lot. While my mid shaft gain is now a little better than 1/2", my base girth has increased by an inch, if not more. I have been on a very basic jelqing program, certainly nothing that many before me haven't tried. But I have been giving it a lot of thought as to why my base girth is so much larger - and I think I have an idea. I was laid off from my job in early May, fortunately I am back at work this week, but while laid off I had a lot of extra time on my hands.

One of the things I have done a lot of while sitting in front of my computer has been Lazy Ass Stretches (fowfers). While some people do them for maybe 10 minutes at a time, I have sat on my unit for up to an hour, usually at least 1/2 hour, several times a day. It has been generally believed that LAS helps with flaccid length and possibly flaccid girth, but does nothing for erect gains. I am starting to believe that they just may help, and it is this exercise that very well may have given me my extra base girth gains. Think about it, what part of the penis is stressed when you pull your unit under you and then sit on it? It is the base of your penis and your upper ligaments. The rest of your pecker is straight out underneath you, and isn't under any undo stress. Because my jelqing routine is quite basic, and takes me less than 20 minutes a night (and I don't jelq on back-to-back days), I am hard pressed to explain my girth gains, especially my base girth, until I throw the LAS into the equation.

I would love to hear if there are others out there that have done LAS for more then the usual 10 minutes, and if they have experienced base girth gains that are greater than their other girth gains.

Congrats Rbi !

Huge base gain. The base gets almost no jelq yet it continuously outgrows the mid shaft. Has to be the squeeze .I now take both hands and squeeze the blood bulge back and forth through my 50% erect dick.When I feel a blood bulge build at the base just below my hand I loosen slightly and kegel it in , adding a nice amount of blood each time.

Some rest days I do nothing, occasionally I will do some on rest days. I probably do them for a few hours on the days I do do them (never more than an hour straight, but quite frequently for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at a time). So I would guess I do them probably five days a week. I never go through the warming up process before I do them, I just do them.

Effective! but wouldn't sitting on your penis stop oxygen supply and if done for more then 15 (like the extender) wouldn't it kill the cells?

I don't understand how fowfers can help with flaccid length but not erect?

They didn't from my experience. I gained 1/2" in flaccid hang, but my erect length didn't change one bit. Maybe the upper ligaments that are stretched from LAS don't do anything for erect length, but let your penis fall longer when flaccid. I am starting to think however that they did have something to do with my large erect base girth gain.

I only have done them when flaccid, and never after jelqing. I do do them after stretching. If my unit isn't completely flaccid, I would be afraid of hurting the base if I tried bending it and sitting on it. Sometimes if I don't have full flaccid hang when I do them, I sit on it for a few minutes then stand up and redo it because I will have my full hang again. I tried them a couple of times with my unit bundled, but decided that I didn't want to cause myself some potential problems. Doing it that way would throw a whole new twist into this exercise (pun not intended!). There were a few occasions where I started to get an erection but I continued doing the LAS because your unit won't take on blood like it will when in its normal position (bend it in your hand and try to get a hard on, won't happen).

Some have cautioned against newbies trying this exercise, but I have been doing them from day one. I have never had any problem whatsoever. I would not try this sitting on a hard chair, make sure it is cushioned. All blood to your pecker is not cut off, so it isn't going to go numb on you while you sit on it. Still, it won't hurt to "air it out" from time-to-time.

Even more important for me than the extra flaccid length I have gotten, is that when it hangs now it hangs straight down. Mine always hung at about a 45 degree angle or so, now it hangs flush against my balls. While I can obviously see the increased girth size I have gained, if I could have only one improvement out of PE, it would be my flaccid hang. Now that I have that, lookout length!!

Are stretch marks possible with fowfers? It feels like it's stretching my skin...

Don't know anything about stretch marks. Your skin is so pliable that I don't see how that can be an issue. As for me, the only thing I see is a longer, better flaccid hang.

I do think though that LAS has its limits. I don't know if I am getting any bigger the more I do them (haven't measured flaccid length in a while). It definitely improved initially, but I don't think I will end up with a 7" flaccid pecker doing these!!
