Man, I commend you for sticking to this. I've been working out for almost 20 years now and I know how tough it can be to be focused on a physique goal and having to change up your entire diet as a result to get the look you want. It gets tougher as you get older too so keep it up now and when you do reach your 30's and 40's, it won't be so difficult to maintain.
True about the fish oil and i second the commendation. You will reach your goals because you got the right diet. I know once I'm away from my mums cooking il get to my goals in 2-3 weeks with a similar diet, low carb. I box and need to lose about 8-10 pounds.
the last 10 are the hardest to do because it feels like your not eating enough to have energy through out the day.
im actually down 4 lbs and once I take createin out ill drop some of the water retention so im probably down more like 6 -7 lbs (i hope)

You know what , you guys wanting me to succeed with this is helping keeping me motivated.
...I turned down the modeling thing because my class was changed to be in November and its not worth the trip just for that.
but im still going to do this since im half way there

The BEST possible advice I could give you dude is to be your own cheerleader. While others may support your endeavors, the only person who can truly be your best friend with a goal like this is yourself. Don't let anyone ever hate on your dreams of what you personally want to achieve for yourself. I say this because yesterday at work, some older blond woman was brought in as a volunteer. So, in making small talk and getting to know her and she us, it came up that I had gone to my kids' "Back to School Night" this past Wed.
Well, she overheard and asked me if I was going to school, to which I replied "well, the Back to School night was for my kids but yes, I'm going to school as well". She asked me where I was going and I told her and then she asked me what I was studying and I told her I was going in pursuit of my real estate license. She got this smirk on her face, kind of almost giggled for a second and said "well, good luck with that". Keep in mind that I had NEVER........EVER laid eyes on this woman a day in my life until yesterday morning. So, being that she doesn't know sh*t about me and chose to make a fucked up comment like that, told me ALOT about her. In any event, I simply told her she didn't know a thing about me and that success is my only option in whatever endeavor I pursue.
Same with you Shane. No matter what anyone tells you, YOU go after your goals, be your own personal cheer leader. The only reason anyone will hate on your dreams is because they themselves are too insecure within themselves to go after what they really want out of life so they settle. It's been my experience that some people are just so miserable that they must hate on everyone around them because they're too insecure inside their own selves to go after what they really want.
Yeah, this was a bit deep but I just wanted you to know that being your own cheer leader is the best medicine bro. We of course support your endeavors here at PEgym! Rock on dude and get that bod in shape!

Everyone I know in real life doesn't believe I can do it , but I know that there just saying that because they think just because they cant no one else can ... I do have more self control then the average teenager

Lol I really dont like them so I eat fruit/berries every day (they actually help with my wanting sugar lol)

You know something bro, I've been surrounded by haters my whole life. Hating on you for this, that or the other. It took me many years to get to the point where I'm soooooo comfortable with myself and how I conduct my life that I now don't have a problem telling someone to step aside when they get in my way with their hating bullshit.
I had this asswipe at the gym last weekend tell me that "taking classes at the college for real estate is a complete waste of your time. What you want to do is get in with one of the reputable real estate companies and study with them and have them show you how to take the test". OK, 1. I HATE it when someone tells me what I need to do. I'm 38 years old and I think I KNOW what it is I need to do to get to where I want to be. 2. I'll decide what's a complete waste of my time and what isn't.
Soooooo, in the most polite way I could, I told him "no, taking a class at the college isn't a waste of my time because I dig the college atmosphere (and the hot ass eye candy..........oooh, them sweet, young college girls DDDAAAYYYUUUMMM!)

Ive had similar situations like that. I once had a guy to tell me it was a waste of time going to this particular night club because he said he never in all his years was able to pick up any pussy. Hell I picked a girl up my first time there. Damn good looking blonde. So your right. Find sh*t out for yourself.
well me and my friend went swimming at the rec center and this is probably a horrible thing to say but it sent my self esteem through the roof ... me and my friend are the 2 most athletic looking guys there
