100th post!

I had a great 4 consecutive days of PE that ended yesterday. Today I took a day off but I edged for a little bit and then I blew my load out. My erection quality is so fucking great. It's a total 10/10. Usually, I only get 10/10 erections when I am with my girlfriend, but in the past 6-7 days, I've had 10/10 erections all the time.

Gains come with EQ. This means that I will get some serious gains in the days to come. I absolutely have to take a day off tomorrow, that way I have 2 consecutive days off. No edging tomorrow either. The cells need to regenerate.

My penis is so fucking fabulous. I find that it's the prettiest penis in the world. My erections curve up, my head is friggin thick and full. Its hard like a rock. My entire shaft is hard like a rock. I got girth gains also.

The O bend and the Uli are friggin great exercises.

On wednesday, I am going to perform this routine:

-Warm up
-5 way stretch (BTC + V) + rotations
-Internal penis stretch with knuckles and rotating wrist
-Warm up
-O bend
-Warm up
-Uli @ 95% erection for 30 seconds. Relatively intense grip.
-40 OK jelqs, low erection level, slow 4 second strokes
-Double Uli @ 95% erection for 30 seconds. Relatively intense grip.
-30 V jelqs 50%-75% erection
-30 V jelqs again (low erection level)
-Warm down
Keep the flaccid nice and fat throughout the day. Add facial moisturizer to the penis.

I haven't updated my log in a while.

Ever since last week, my overall penile status has been crappy. I havent had sex in 12 days because my girlfriend thinks we should take a little break from having sex for a month. I wont be having sex until june 8th. Shes crazy.

My girth has been crappy. My flaccid has been crappy. I cant get a rock hard erection like I did last week. Last week was fucking great.

As penile exercisers, we have good and bad weeks.

Doesn't change the fact that my penis is 7 inches none bonepressed with 5.25 girth. That's an awesome size. I'm so proud.

Going for 8x6.5 :)

Thats gonna kick ass.

Wow. I take back what I said. Today was such a great workout. I had a wonderful 9.5/10 erection during edging. I did my O bends and some high erection level jelqing. At the end of the routine, I performed a slow stretch. I was able to stretch my flaccid well past my limits. I'll post the secret to that soon :)

Hey there bud, good to see things turning for the better for you!

Just wondering, how do you do your O-Bends? I do a Uli with a normal OK grip for about 10-15 seconds to soften it up (though I never gain a true 100% erection immediately following jelqing), and then use my palm to bend to the right for 15 seconds, then backwards for 15 seconds. Release, and then start again and go to the left and towards me.

Just trying to see if there are other ways out there!

Your version of the O bend is interesting. It's definitely something Im going to try. The thing is, after you perform a Uli, you want to become completely flaccid. You want all the deoxygenated blood to exit the penis. If you perform a Uli and then perform an O bend, you are trapping de-oxygenated blood into your penis. Bad idea.

I will still give it a shot though, see how it is.

But essentially, you want to warm up and then get a 50% erection. Start at the base with an OK grip and bend up, down, left and right. For me, I really feel the expansion when I bend left and right. Move your ok grip up to 2 fingers, then 3, then 4. This will work your penis all the way up. It is such a great exercise. Remember to reheat between sets.

Okay, it has been one month of PE today.

Here is my new schedule:

- Warm up with electric heating cushion until unit is very warm and slightly red
- Stretch penis, OK-grip under glans with 30 kegels per position (center, up, down, left, right) with helicopter shakes between each position. 2 sets
- Rotating Stretch, full 360 degree for 20 seconds. 4 sets
- Flaccid Bend, 2 fingers (left, right, up, down) and then 3 fingers (left, right, up, down). 30 seconds per position. 1 set of 2 fingers, 1 set of 3 fingers.
- 150 Wet Jelqs
- 100 V-jelqs
- 200 flaccid kegels while stretching the penis
- warm up with cushion again
- rotating stretch, full 360 degree for 20 seconds. 2 sets
- JAI stretch, 20 repetitions. 2 sets
- masturbation with ballooning and edging (optional)
- try to keep as much blood in the penis as possible

Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off.
Supplements:
- Vitamin B Complex
- L-Glutamine between 2-4 grams a day
- L-Arginine between 1-3 pills of 600mg a day
- High Alpha Whey Protein shake, 2 per day

What do you think?

Wow Radiohead. I've read a few routines on here, and it seems like I'm really skimping. How long does it take you to finish this routine?

I lightly squeeze the OK grip to get further expansion. Its not at all as intense as the Uli grip.

Wow Radiohead. I've read a few routines on here, and it seems like I'm really skimping. How long does it take you to finish this routine?

That routine was a long time ago. I was a noob back then. That routine took me an hour and a half to complete. I found much more effective routines that take less time.

I'm having a shitty time with my penis lately. Im still on a sex break with my gf. I havent had sex in 3 weeks and I still have 1.5 more weeks to go. 5th of june is the deadline.

If Im not horny, my EQ sucks. I havent been horny lately. I just need to stop masturbating.

Soon, I need a deconditioning break. I will stop all PE for 2 weeks in the month of june when I have my finals. This will seriously let my penis recover and decondition it well. After the break, Im gonna hit up a good O bend and jelq routine. Im gonna gain like a snake.

I just had a serious PE career change.

After reading remek and Iguana's TGC Theory thread, I am totally convinced.

My limiting factor is the tunica.
On average, my EQ is 9/10. Often, I get 9.5/10 erections. When I have sex, I hit the rock hard 10/10. I have really solid erections. Some days, when I feel sad or pissed, Im at 7/10 or 8/10. But thats not the case most of the time.

My BPFSL is 6.5 inches. My BPEL is 7.15 inches.

My routines have nearly all been focused on girth. O bending and Ulis. This is what gave me excellent EQ. Im going to focus my routine on stretching and low eretion level jelqs. I will perform 1-2 girth exercise per workout. 75% length/stretching orientated, 25% girth orientated.

For the next 3 weeks, Im going to go for the Length Circuit routine as described in Remek's book. I just switched out 5 A stretches for the basic stretch

-warm up
-50 JAI stretches (increase pulling intensity every 10 JAIs)
-6 rotating stretches (3 to the left, 3 to the right) About 10-15 seconds per 360 degree rotation
-5 A stretches (hold for 20 seconds)
-5 way Basic stretch with 25 kegels per position
-10 Double rotating stretches (5-10 seconds per rotation). Similar to tunica tug
-40 OK grip jelqs @ 30%-50% erection level. Slow 4 second strokes.
-30 V jelqs @ high erection level (girth)
-Uli for 5-10 seconds at 95% erection (girth)

2/8 exercises are girth focused, this represents 25%.

I will be performing this routine for the next 2-3 weeks. After that, I will take a good 2 week deconditioning break.

2 weeks worth of deconditioning is really tough for me. I've grown very fond of PE and it's difficult not to exercise my penis. I love it so much.

This is a recap since the month of January:
January: 11 workout days, 20 days off. I had a 1 week decon break.
February: 10 workout days, 18 days off. I think I had a week decon break also...
March: 19 workout days, 12 days off. No decon.
April: 14 workout days, 16 days off. 1 week decon break.

Total of 54 workout days and 66 days off.

I will enter the results for the month of may as soon as the month is over. Although this month, I have many more workout days than days off.

In the month of June, I'm definitely gonna hit a big 2 week decon break. That's gonna kick ass.

The exercises feel good. It's weird to perform an almost all-flaccid routine. I am so used to the girth exercises at high erection levels...

Sounds good, to rotate from girth to length routines. I have maybe 2 sessions left on ly girth routine then i will go back to length.

I need to modify my tunica routine a bit (no more A stretch, I hate it)

-warm up
-50 JAI stretches (increase pulling intensity every 10 JAIs)
-6 rotating stretches (3 to the left, 3 to the right) About 10-15 seconds per 360 degree rotation
-Inner penis stretch with knuckles. 10 good slow pulls.
-5 way Basic stretch with 25 kegels per position
-10 Double rotating stretches to the left, 10 to the right. Its a rotating tunica tug, basically. Quick rotations
-40 OK grip jelqs @ 15%-25% erection level. Slow 4 second strokes.
-30 V jelqs @ high erection level (girth)
-Uli for 5-10 seconds at 95% erection (girth)

+ Kegels!

I plan on performing this routine from May 30th to June 7th. I have to exercise every single day, because Im taking a decon break afterwards.

From June 8th until June 19th, I am taking a 12 day decon break. I hope I gain during this rest period. I have final exams, so I wont have time to PE anyways.

After the decon, I will re-assess the situation. Do I need tunica exercises or smooth muscle exercises? We will see, depending on EQ and other factors. I have a feeling I'll hit up the girth exercises again, not sure though.
