hows it going fellas?

im not completely new to the gym been on the site for about a year. used jelqing here and there...i think my longest consecutive time was about a month and a half and noticed a slightly veinier love tool. not lacking in length or girth, im around 7.75 BPEL and 5.5 EG. i would like a bit more size in both areas, but i would like to find out how to have multiple wet orgasms (if possible).

i came across this site thru another site (non pe related), but im glad i did. at the time, it made me address an issue that i was unsure about...

heres to great gains and multiple orgasms!!!!

I have just been recently interested in making myself larger.I have always just thought a man had to be happy with what he was born with but through science and exercise I have found that it is possible to achieve almost whatever size that you want.I only wish that this information would have been available 20 years or so ago.Thanks for making this site and information available.

Welcome to Pegym tommy I hope you read a lot of the articles and threads here at pegym and get aquainted with the various PE exercises.

How does this work could u guide me i tried itr yesterday and it was really hard,did the warm up for 10mins,stretching for about 15mins and jelq another 15mins....the kegel isnt a problem i can handle that

You are over-training!

It was only your first routine. You need to go SLOWLY and relax!

Here is what you need to do:
-warm up for 10 minutes
-stretch for 5 minutes. Do you know which stretch to use?
-jelq for 5 minutes. Slow 5 second strokes, 50% erection level
-kegel for 5 minutes.

Do you understand how to stretch, jelq and kegel?

Make a new thread in this beginner forum if you have questions, or send me a private message.

You don't need to know what Uli + ballooning is...you're not prepared enough for that yet.

One more thing: your short term goal is very high. Men usually dont get 1 inch erect girth increase in 6 months. A full inch increase in girth is usually acquired over the course of 1-2 years for most men. Good luck and make a progess log! Ask questions in the beginner forum if you have any.

Hello, everyone. I just found this site the other day and ordered the book. I'm 34 and in shape, but have been fighting erectile dysfunction. My checkout from my DR went great and I wake up with erections, so I know my problem must be psychological and weakness of the penis. I'm going to be doing these exercises religiously, but thank goodness I have a prescription of levitra to help me out until I can go on my own!

My new doctor turns out to have spent the previous 6 years working as a specialist in Orlando working with nothing but erection problems. According to him, my depression medicine that I used to take for the past X years (Cymbalta) works to curb or reduce REM sleep which is what helps us guys get erections at night which is vital to our sexual health. This in conjunction with my previous year or so of celibacy and rare masturbation sessions due to a killed libido from Cymbalta and depression has weakened the muscles which cause and hold an erection.

He tells me that celibacy is the enemy to healthy sex performance. If you don't use it you will surely lose it. Then once you start losing it you will also be affected by performance anxieties that will only make matters worse. My happy pills are working good for me now, but are expensive and I want to get off of the things.

Hello, (be aware: very long post)

I just joined pegym today, but had surfed through its pages, probably as far as six months ago. I have many things that I want to discuss and that trouble me. I can also say that at the moment I have freaked out a bit!

Let me first introduce myself properly and my original goal. First of all, I really love my dick. I even can say that I always was in love with it. Women also seemed to really like it and I could always make them crazy about it. Never had a girl say something bad about it and in the contrary they always were praising it (especially sex) to me and probably to their girl friends, since some of them were heating on me.

Having said that, my dick is considered short and thick (at least according to what I have read on the internet, which I don't actually 100% believe). It is below average in length and above in girth. I've got the feeling that in every other possible area (looks, hardness, erections, control, ejaculation, toughness etc.) is near excellent. Most of the times, I am very confident (it should be obvious by now :( ) and I think that confidence it actually adds a couple of inches to it. I believe that attitude counts a lot in everything and especially sex!

Those made me think for about six months, before I decided to start. At that time, I had just separated from a serious relationship of 4 years and thought that it would be great to do things that I couldn't when I was with her. One of these things was to read through sites like this. I had read somewhere that you can exercise your dick and I was really curious about it, since I really like exercises :p.

On the one hand, I really liked my dick. On the other hand, I had read that it is shorter than average and I like exercises. I finally decided to go for something in between, which was to target to get and extra ½ inch. That way, I wouldn’t change it a lot and at the same time make it a little bigger.

So, I started. I will be honest and say that I hated the exercises. They are nothing like going to the gym and they seemed more like torturing than exercising. It took me a couple of months to get along with the thought that I would be pushing blood inside my dick. Eventually, I felt comfortable enough and started!

Firstly, I read a lot about the exercises in various sources. I think most of them consult you to over train (not pegym though). I decided to do jelk, because even though I have a thick dick I wanted to keep it like that, since that was who I was. Jelk supposedly growths both length and girth and that was what I wanted. I only did about 5-6 sessions, which I probably over trained L. I even couldn’t do it properly, because my dick has a very thick base, which makes it really hard to do jelk with the OK grip, especially with the right hand. Therefore, I tried really hard to find something that works. I wasn’t feeling that I was pushing any blood inside. Also, the fact that it is short made it even harder. I believe short and thick is the worst combination for doing jelks. I even tried something with my fingers, which I thought I show somewhere, but I didn’t actually L. Most probably I injured my dick somehow. The result is that my dick turtles since then (a week ago). I think that it obtained a slight bend to the left, when flaccid or semi-flaccid. I feel it most of the day tired from inside, especially the veins. I even feel a slight pain in my balls, which I never had. Other than that, it doesn’t have any bruises or change in colour. Its erections seem ok, probably not as hard. I avoid doing anything with it anyway, since I feel that it needs a rest. I avoid sex, and feel really bad. I can’t take it out of my mind. I had freaked out a bit and need some help.

Is it possible to create a bend with such a few sessions, or it is probably in my mind? If it is possible what you can do about it? Why my balls feel like this, does that happen? What do you think is going on with my dick and what to do? I was also wondering if by exercising it makes its colour darker. I am thinking of purchasing a jelk device. I read here that it is not good for complete newbies like me, but I can’t jelk. I think that the structure of my dick prevents me from a good jelking and that would probably help me do it properly. All these, in case I recover from what I have now L! I actually should had learn my lesson and do no exercises at all when I will recover hopefully! The thing is that I enjoy improving myself in every possible area and I already have spent too much valuable time searching, reading and thinking about it, which will get wasted.

That is for know. It really got too long (not like my dick). Sorry, about that. I will probably write more later, since I really need some advice in this. Whoever helps me out of this, will probably be my new best friend :p !!!

Welcome to the Gym.

You're 19, you don't have to worry about anybody walking in on you. You're old enough to make your own decisions about life. If you want to do something healthy like exercise your penis, then you have every right to do so.

There is a lot of information on this website. It gets difficult to follow. If you get the book, it sums up everything that we say in these forums. It's like a quick guide. It gets you started right away on your beginner routine. I recommend it.
