The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine

Started doing jelqs again a few weeks back. Feeling good now to move back into the jelq free routine. Any thoughts on kegeling 3 days a week on my off days of the program?

For best results, you should kegel immediately after your enlargement work and right before edging/Stop and Starts. Leave your rest days for just that- rest.

"The entire routine should take about 35 minutes maximum to perform"
According to the video each repetition takes about 4s, so 1000 of them would take more than an hour to complete. Should I make the side-to-side faster? Or less repetitions?

The maximum reps recommended wouldn't be your starting point- merely a max goal. You;d likely start with 1/10th of the maximum recommeded volume to start. Each Side to Side rep takes about 1 second to perform.

Excited to see if this routine takes me to GainLand. After I did it yesterday I touched it this morning and still felt the girth works abuse that it left behind. EXCITED!!

Maximum prolonged engorgment and blood flow while your pelvic floor is still fresh. Stops and starts can wear out your pf really quickly and affect kegel form if done after.

First time I've actually read this thread *sad*, but this is a great implementation technique! I was wondering if the Side-to-Side stretches can be incorporated into a pre-existing routine? Here's what it would look like for me:

10 min rice sock warm-up
Manual stretches (directional w/25 kegel)
***Side-to-Side***
300 wet jelq/150 V-jelq (alternating sets)

You can use the Side to Side as a substitute for any length movement that requires a low-to-moderate intensity stretch :)

I attempted this routine Big Al but because of my poor EQ I failed, what further action could I take to rectify this? I would like a solid EQ in order to pursue this routine. Thank you, Al.

You're welcome :)

My recommendations: first, you should build your EQ, then get on a basic conditioning regimen, and then you can give this advanced routine a try.

Hey Big Al I started my third cycle of the jelq free routine and all I have to say is this program works and my penis feels and responds way better during the workouts and intercourse. On my second cycle I used the tension stretch ,the uli3 AND the advanced squeeze while erected at 90-100% alternating each workout(workout 1 uli+tension stretch,workout 2 advanced squeeze+tension stretch,repeat) and finished with 40 reps on the uli and the advanced squeeze and 32 on the tension stretch.

In my experience this variation was more enjoyable because l wasn't doing the same exercise over and over again but l noticed only a 0.2mm girth gain and about 1cm length gain.Perhaps it was due to rotating girth exercise?

I was wondering, since I've already done both advanced variations of the squeeze(erected and uli3 erected) what should I use as my girth exercise from now on?

I really love the simplicity of the workout and how healthier my penis has become with squeezes and all the blood that gets 'trapped' in the shaft. I don't want to use jelqs because 1.my penis was soft and I was lacking erections and stiffness and 2.squuezes just feel way better for me in terms of results,erections and just in general.So what exercises should I use for the next cycles of this routine?

Your actions would be the logical choice for someone who sticks to this format long enough. It's expected that, after several cycles, more intense exercises would need to be used. The exception to that is if you go the high volume route.

The ULI#3 is one of the most advanced exercises you can perform. You can use 100% erections or even c-rings or clamps to further up the intensity. You might also consider supersetting your ULIs with another exercise like the squeeze for a bit more variety.

For length, the Ruler Stretch or PNF would be the next step up in intensy.

You might also consider checking to see if you're pushing your EQ as well. Having high EQ is vital to maximizing your gains.
