Man, I couldn't survive without my morning coffee. I'd just curl up into a little pile of poop.
I haven't noticed any loss of flaccid hang.

You have to consume a lot of caffeine like well over 300mg. I still get around 100mg everyday. If you are taling vasal dialators like ginkgo and arginine they trump the negative effects of caffeine. I think even Zinc trumps it to a degree.

I take about 400mg of caffeine on workout days from my pre workout drink and from my morning espresso (have espresso machine in dorm). But I have not noticed any shrinkage..... could it be from the 10g arginine and 5 g creatine I take daily? Also, will melatonin hinder any gains?

The ten grams of arginine may be trumping the effects of the caffeine. Also if you are taking melatonin to help yoou sleep it is likely helping with keeping you plump. Lack of sleep will turtle you up.
Im not sure aboyut the creatine but it does help you retain water and yhis helps with hydration.

So, do we have any understanding of the theory behind a potential turtling or loss of flaccid hang because of caffeine intake? Or why green tea would enhance it for that matter?

Caffeine is a vasocostrictor giving you a smaller woodie and smaller girth than you would have w/o caffeine. Green tea which has less caffeine tha coffee is a safer bet. Plus it raises testosterone levels and has the amino acid theanine which counteracts its own caffeine. Better yet drank decaf coffee and tea.

Makes sense. So you would suggest decaf green tea as the ultimate suggestion then? Given green tea has less caffeine and more antioxidants than black tea?

Your welcome. I fasted caffeine for about 3 weeks so I celebrated by having two huge pitures of black tea yesterday. So when I did my edging that girth was not as girthy I would say just around 5.8" I have been averaging around 6" or more.

KP...Thank you for doing your experiment and posting it here. This really shines a light on caffeine as a whole. I just gave my coffee away today, swearing to drink tea only. Then I read your posts. Once again, thank you!

You would have a ten inch dick you stopped smoking. I read that coffee only raises your blood pressure after 3 cups. 3, 8 oz cups. A beer now and then say afer a meal can keep you blood pressure down and keep you from getting diabetes. That is no more than 3 cans of real beer per day not the lite stuff. Red wine would be better though and does not lend to ED like beer does.

Too much alchohol can cause cancer just like cigerettes.

Does espresso really turtle you up that much? Would caffinated tea do the same thing??
To much caffeine can turtle you up. The caffeine in tea is nutralized by the aminoi acid theanine which renders the caffein useless. This is why people don't get the jitters from drinking tea.

So I would assume that caffinated soft drinks can do the same thing as espresso? Hmmm.....What about food dye?

Yeah, especially those energy drinks. If the dye is synthetic it has no place in your body.

How bad is caffine for PE?

I love my cups of tea and I also drink energy drinks when I work out (Lucozade, etc). I reckon I probably have about 3-4 cups of tea a day and 1-2 bottles of Lucozade a week.

Do you think this will hinder my gains?

It depends on how much caffeine is in your energy drink. I wouldn't recommend any caffinated energy drinks, because they may cause your penis to turtle up.

I too enjoy my strong coffee (sometimes with the occasional cigar) :) The effects aren't permanent and shouldn't have any adverse effects on your PE unless you're consuming quantities of strong coffee very frequently. Moderation is the key.
