24 YO dude, masturbated since I was really young, bad habbits, classic tale, as I've read a lot of logs from around here in the past month.
I won't go into details about how long I last, I am 100% sure I have PE.
Gave up on porn like almost 2 months ago, I really don't feel the need to watch anymore, neither did I before but it was like a routine, daily, often more then once a day.
For like 2-3 weeks I've been doing some RK, squats, stretches, edging and ballooning now and then, unfortunately not daily and sometimes like 2 times a week. I don't really have a routine that I do daily but I'll try to stick to one and do it at least 3-4 times a week. Today I did a session of at least 1h in the morning and just before now.
So:
Current focus: exploring how my pelvic floor reacts.
Issues: IK's, tense pelvic floor when getting really aroused, really sensitive bellow the frenulum(I will talk about this later)
Exercises: Sometimes I do RK's. Since 2 days, usually starting with some stretches for my pelvic floor, deep squats, as I feel my PF is really tight.
I then make an OK grip under the glans and pull since this gives me a boner. Sometimes it makes me IK but I guess practice and concentration will eliminate them, I don't have them as often as I used to, I think.
After I have an erection, at least 75%, I start edging or sometimes ballooning. Of course, I get to PONR quite fast but this is where i have a bunch of QUESTIONS.
1. How does the increase of arousal feel? I feel like there is something building up(like the feeling of needing to pee, something getting filled or pressure building up) bellow the frenulum, it's hard to pinpoint. Also, that area is very sensitive. And it's not about the shaft I think but more about the skin. Again, it's hard to pinpoint which of them is sensitive since it's hard to stimulate one of them without moving the other.
The frenulum itself is not really sensitive, it doesn't cause pleasure nor pain.
I'm not sure but I think i had phimosis when I was born and I had surgery shortly after to fix it. Gotta talk to my parents about it, not really looking forward to that discussion. Could this cause my forskin to be more sensitive on the inside?
So how does it feel when getting aroused close to the PONR? Do you feel it in the penis or in the whole body?
Does the fact that I feel it in one specific area give some clues about why I have PE and what I need to focus on to cure my PE?
2.How would ballooning influence this sensitive spot of mine? At the moment I mainly focus on stopping the IK's thru concentration. I can control and stop the weak ones but when i get too aroused they are too powerful.
3.RK's don't really help with this "pressure" I feel gathering when getting very aroused and getting close to PONR. Is it because my RK's are weak and my IK's are way too powerful? I don't really like doing RK's because I can't seem to be able to do them without getting my abs tensed and breathing becoming a bit uncomfortable. Also, I feel like burping because I am flexing my abdominals too much I think.
Anyway, I will keep posting questions here.
