I would just like to know the average gains in inches per month by
Penis Extenders
Manual Exercises
Hanging

I know everyone gains differently but what was your average gains per month :)
Just curious :)

Also would you say going from 11,5cm to 12cm in 10 days a good gain? am i a fast gainer or slow gainer?

I have been hanging for a month now and in that time I have seen the most significant gains. I've gained almost .25" in BPFSL and .20" in BPEL. I am using extremely low weight too. I just bumped it to 2.25lbs last week.

Correct me if I'm wrong king0, but you don't seem to fully understand how log it usually takes to gain. The majority of people who gain see very gradual gains so gradual in fact that they might take moths to notice.

Congrats on your gains, I believe they are EQ gains which is still good! :)

Probably 1/16 every other month if you are lucky

Here's a hypothetical, but doable growth chart:
Month 1: 0.25 EL, 0.15 EG
Month 2: 0.25 EL, 0.125 EG
Month 3: 0.15 EL, 0.10 EG
Month 4: 0.15 EL, 0.10 EG
Month 5: 0.10 EL, 0.075 EG
Month 6: 0.10 EL, 0.05 EG

Totals: +1" EL and +0.6" EG

You may gain slower or you may gain faster overall or you may be a quick girth gainer but slow length gainer etc. The duration it takes before your gains start to slow down will also vary. It all depends on your individual anatomy and genetics and also your exercise selection. Can't expect to gain +1" in girth if all you do is light stretches.

Since I joined here in 09/14, this is EXACTLY what I've gained. :) Although, it is slowing down a bit just like you've posted. Time, time...

There are certainly no such thing as average or what one can expect because every guy is different, every penis is different, every use of devices or routines and their effect of people are different. Some guys gain really well, others gain slowly. Ya I'd say there is no average and there are really too many factors that can change your success. One month you might get more rest which equals more gains or less gains while other months you might change your routine. It really just depends on your body.

I can measure my gain per month in inches...although it is only about 0.1". lol

That said I gained more when I first started, but after those gains run out I think around 0.1" a month is more than acceptable, since if it is maintained that means 1.2" in a year. PE is for the long haul not short term gains (unless you are only looking for a bit or are extremely lucky).

After reading a lot of progress threads I have to agree there is no average. There are just to many factors. With that being said I have personally averaged 3/16" +/- 1/16" over these first 5 months. Hoping to get 1/8" for the next 4-5 months.

Been doing PE just over 8 months now and my gains have come in different spurts instead of consistent monthly gains.

First 2 months didn't gain anything except got better EQ and overworked my penis. Then next 3 months saw consistent gradual gains in both girth and length. Why the difference? I changed up the routine that worked better for my body and it took me a little while to figure out what works better for my body. Heck I am still learning as I go but at least I am on the right path. Then next 2 months again I kind of just plateaued, so I adjusted few things in my routine and just this past month started seeing consistent weekly gains again.

But if I was an individual who had a certain expected number that I should gain every month I probably would have gotten extremely discouraged after first 2 months and maybe even quit. It really helps to look at PE as a Marathon instead of weekly Sprint. Some of the most successful members here have been at it for a long time.

Everyone is just so different so its really hard to put an actual number!

I calclulated what my average monthly gain was over 10 years...I didn't nor could I ever measure that accurately...
