So, my hard flaccid islike 70% gone where I get no pelvic cramps or pain but my penis in a flaccid state is still firm. Not sure if it would ever get to the squishy soft state again. So maybe in this sense, I am cured!

So I wanted to get peoples opinions on doing some light stretching.

That's great! Good for you dam101.

I could be wrong, but I would think some light stretching may actually help to loosen things up a bit. As long as caution is kept in mind, and the intensity is low so as not to aggravate the situation.

I would suggest if it was pelvic floor issues that caused the HF that you make sure to concentrate on keeping the PF fully relaxed while light stretching though. Take your time and take it slow. But light stretching should be fine. At any sign of regression... Stop immediately and give it more time.

Good luck.

I will take extra precaution by going for a walk to warm the whole area, then using a rice sock again to apply direct heat and then stretch.

I was also thinking of an ads all day stretcher, what are your thoughts?

I think the ADS is too much too soon. If the light stretching is OK stick with that for a while. Proceed with caution and finish healing before pushing ahead. Safety first brother.

If you're still dealing with firm/hard flaccid I would suggest only doing light stretches, and not all day stretches. Your pelvic floor is still tense, so I would also suggest doing reverse kegels to get it balanced out. Once balanced, your firm flaccid should vanish.

Should I be warming up with a rice sock (which I have) before the stretches?

This may be a stupid question, but could you outline what sort of stretches would be "light" stretches.

Basic directional stretches, with a light tugging force.
