4/15/13 - 4/21/13

Monday:
Pumped for 25mins 1st set @ 5hg for 3mins then 3-4hg for 7 mins. 2nd set @ 3hg for 10 mins and the last set for 5mins @ 3hg. I did 200 wet jelqs and did 50 JAI stretches and my manual stretches in all directions. I extended prior to pumping for 6hrs.

Tuesday: Extended for 10hrs, no jelqing today.

Wednesday: Pumped for 25mins 1st set @5hg for 10mins the 2nd set @4-5hg for 15mins. Did my manual stretches in all directions and did 50 JAI stretches and did 100 wet jelqs. Extended for 7hrs

Thursday: No jelqing or pumping today. Extended for 8hrs

Friday: Extended for 6hrs no jelqing or pumping.

Saturday:
Extended for only 2hrs it's a rest day today for extending. I did my manual stretches in all directions (30sec hold in each direction) I did 50 JAI stretches and did 3 sets of bundle stretches (20sec hold). Pumped for 30 mins, 1 set @ 4-5 hg for 15mins and the 2nd set 3-4 hg occasionally spiking up to 6-7 hg for less than a minute. Note: I always warm up for 10mins before stretching.

Sunday:
Extended for 5 hrs this weekend I wanted to take it light on extending. I did my manual stretches in all directions with a 30 hold each in all directions. I did 50 JAI Stretches and 2 sets of bundle stretches 30 sec hold each. TOTAL EXTENDING HOURS 390

4/23/13 - 4/28/13

Monday: Extended for 9 hrs today, no jelqing or pumping.

Tuesday:
Extended for 4 hrs today, no jelqing or pumping

Wedensday:
Extended for 7hrs. I did my manual stretches in all directions 2 sets, did 120 kegals, did 50JAI stretches and 3 sets of bundle stretches. Pumped for 35mins I threw in an extra 5 mins. 1st set @ 5hg for 15 mins and the 2nd set for for 20 mins @ 4-5 hg occasionally spiking up to 6 hg.

Thursday: No extending today I have a test so ill call it a rest day.

Friday: Extended for only 3hrs today I've been extending at 7in 4cm for this past week and its been ok. Did my manual stretches in all directions while kegeling also did 50 JAI stretches. Pumped for only one session @ 4-5 hg occasionally spiking up to 6hg.

Saturday: Extended for 8hrs no pumping or jelqing.

SUNDAY: No extending today. Warmed up 10 mins then did my manual stretches in all directions with a 30sec hold each. Did 50 JAI stretches, did 3 sets of bundled stretches 30sec hold each and did 3 sets of A-stretches with a 30sec hold. Pumped for 40mins 2 sets of 20 min
1st @ 4-5 hg occasional spiking to 6hg same thing with the 2nd set.

TOTAL HOURS EXTENDING 421

Hey skinny, it seems that you are closing in on 500 hours some time soon, have you measured since you started amnd if so have you had results to speak of yet. I am considering the PMP and I here it is the shiznit.

Yes I cheated and measured last week I couldn't resist, I gained almost 3/4 (one line off) in length, and 1/2 in the gland (weird but ill take it) and .2 in girth when i hit the 500hr mark im going to post it up on the thread I started. The PMP is the way to go if you get one join the PMP group that Donjelqer76 and Dangler started lots of good advice. After about 10hrs you should get the hang of it with no problem. I cant wait till the Bling Bling 1000hr mark:becky:.

Tuesday:
Extended for 6 hrs today wish I could have done more but I'm loaded down this week due to finals. Did 2sets of my manual stretches in all directions with a 30sec hold. Did 50 JAI stretches, 3 sets of bundled & A-stretches also did 120 kegals. Pumped 2 sets of 20 mins 4-5 hg with a 30 sec break after 10 mins. Total extending hours ​437

Wednesday:
Extended for 8hrs 4hr each set. I got my first blister (very small) its time to change the diaphragm. No extending today. Note: I've started warming up for 10 mins to get a better stretch so I can elongate a bit longer.

Extended for only 5 hrs today because my guy is a bit sore due to a worn diaphram. I'm going to take off this weekend to rest a bit. Total extending hours 450

On 5/5/13 Sunday, I extended for 2 hrs and still had a lot more redness on my glan so I decided to take a week off until I have completely healed.

5/8/13.
I did some manual stretches in all directions and kegals with a 30 sec hold. Did 50 JAI stretches and then did a light pumping session @3hg for 25 mins. I did 80 wet jelqs.

5/9/13. I did same thing as yesterday

Total extending hours ​452

Nice log rattler, Ive noticed you gained almost an full inch in under 500 hours way to go bro! I also noticed you got a blister its something I got sunday so I too am taking a week off to completely heal I am not doing no PE until monday may 13th so I can get a fully healed member and get back to vigorous training! Again congrats on gain!

Sounds good Dangler ill check up on it and report my gains when I hit the 500hr mark.


5/13/13 Monday:
no extending or pumping just did manual stretches in all direction with a 30sec hold, did 58 JAI stretches, did 3 sets of A-stretches and bundle stretches.

Wednesday:
Extended for 3 hrs checked after the first hour and all was good, after the second hour still all is good. I'm not going to push it so ill pick up again tomorrow. Looks like I'm all healed up but I don't want to push it so I'm going to lay low on the pumping just for a bit. I did my manual stretches in all direction, did 50JAI stretches, did 3 sets of bundled and 3 sets of A- stretches. Did 7 sets of kegals 3 with a 10sec hold then 4 with a 20 sec hold.
Total extending hours 455

Extended 3hrs did my stretches same as yesterday, I'm still taken it light on extending hours I will will gradually work back up to 8 hrs with a break after 3-4 hrs. Total hours ​458

Monday:
Extended yesterday 5/19/13 for 3 hrs I did not do my manual stretches or pumping. I'm going to have to stop pumping until I have more time to dedicated to it for now I'm just going to stick with my manual stretches and extending. Today I extended for 2hrs.


Tuesday: Did my manual stretches following the same routine as I normally do then extended for 4hrs. Looks like my guy is all healed up and now I can start working my way back up to 6-8 hrs a day if my schedule permits.

Wedensday: Extended 2hrs and did my manual streches that I normally do.

Thursday: Extended for 4hrs no manual stretches before I extended.

Friday: No extending till 6/1/13 Ill be on vacation with my wife till then.

Total extending hours 473

6/10/13 - 6/16/13

Monday:
I did my manual stretches 3sets of bundled, 1 set of Direction stretches with a 30 sec hold, 3 sets of A-stretches 30 sec hold,50 JAI stretches and 120 kegals.Extended for 4 hrs due to my new schedule I'm only going to be able to extend 4-5 hrs M-F then on the weekends 8-10. I'm adding a new stretch to my work it is the Mandingo stretch and I'm going to drop the JAI stretch.

Tuesday: I did my manual stretches warmed up before I started for 5-10 mins. Extended for 4 hrs. I'm going to start using my ADS at night which will be be low tension but it will help keep a good stretch. I just purchased a ESL40

Wednesday: I did my manual stretches and warm up then extended for 3hrs that I I had time for.

Thursday: Did my same manual stretches after warming up for 10 mins then extended for 4 hrs straight.

Friday:
Warmed up for 10 mins then did my manual stretches, Extended for 4hrs straight.

Saturday :
Extended for 7 hrs no manual stretches today I did not get a chance to warm up for 5 mins or so.

Sunday:
Warmed up for 10 mins then extended for 7 hrs no manual stretches I'm off till Monday.

Total Extending hours: 519

6/17/13 - 6/23/13

Monday:
Warmed up for 10mins then did my manual stretches. Jps 1 set all directions, 3 sets of mandingo stretches 30s hold, 3 sets of bundled, and 3 sets of A- stretches. Extended for 3 hrs.

Tuesday: Same manual stetches as Monday. Extended for 5 hrs. Bone pressed flaccid is now a little over 7 1/2 :becky:

Wedensday: Same manual stretches as Tuesday, extended for 4 hours.

Thursday: Did some light manual stretching extended for 4 hours.

Friday: No extending or manual stretching.

Saturday:
Extended for 6 hours no manual stretches.

Sunday: No manual stretches extended for 4hrs and then wore my ADS (ELS40) for two hours.

Total extending hours 545
