Monday: Pumped for 25mins 1st set @ 5hg for 3mins then 3-4hg for 7 mins. 2nd set @ 3hg for 10 mins and the last set for 5mins @ 3hg. I did 200 wet jelqs and did 50 JAI stretches and my manual stretches in all directions. I extended prior to pumping for 6hrs.
Tuesday: Extended for 10hrs, no jelqing today.
Wednesday: Pumped for 25mins 1st set @5hg for 10mins the 2nd set @4-5hg for 15mins. Did my manual stretches in all directions and did 50 JAI stretches and did 100 wet jelqs. Extended for 7hrs
Thursday: No jelqing or pumping today. Extended for 8hrs
Friday: Extended for 6hrs no jelqing or pumping.
Saturday: Extended for only 2hrs it's a rest day today for extending. I did my manual stretches in all directions (30sec hold in each direction) I did 50 JAI stretches and did 3 sets of bundle stretches (20sec hold). Pumped for 30 mins, 1 set @ 4-5 hg for 15mins and the 2nd set 3-4 hg occasionally spiking up to 6-7 hg for less than a minute. Note: I always warm up for 10mins before stretching.
Sunday: Extended for 5 hrs this weekend I wanted to take it light on extending. I did my manual stretches in all directions with a 30 hold each in all directions. I did 50 JAI Stretches and 2 sets of bundle stretches 30 sec hold each. TOTAL EXTENDING HOURS 390
