Always inspiring to read your log PurpleOnes. I will wait until I start hanging but you and KITM and others seems to gain a lot from it so I will get there later on.


And congrats to almost 6 inches in girth. You have really gained a lot from PE. :clap2:

Hanging: I'm going to focuse this week on skin stretch. When I got erect yesterday I noticed that my foreskin was a bit tight around the glans.

I place my hanger and wrap more towards the base of the penis to get more of the skin stretch. It usually feels like a burn when skin is stretched.

I'm going to focuse on the skin stretch for a full week and then see if I need to focuse on it more. Going to test if I need to do more skin stretching at 24.2.2015 or I would need to focuse on it more.

Getting those pills today in the evening.

Here is an explanation why you need to stretch your skin from time to time:

The Wrap: Skin Stretching
Q:How does skin stretching relate to hanging and how do I do it?
Bib / Bigger: The key is to stretch skin first. Perhaps moving the hanger attachment point a half inch toward the base. Then after stretching skin, you move the hanger attachment point back to the normal position, an inch and a quarter behind the coronal ridge. Then hanging BTC, you will affect the ligs in a dedicated fashion. First, you must realize that you have to stretch skin in the beginning. You want to stretch enough skin, so that in later sessions, the stresses are on the internal structures in a dedicated fashion.
Divide and conquer. Skin first
Please understand the following: The goal is a bigger penis, right? Obviously, you MUST have more skin to cover that larger penis, right? It is much easier to stretch the skin first, in a dedicated fashion, then move on to the inner structures in a dedicated fashion. The converse would be to try and stretch everything at the same time, which would require a lot of stress.
Don't Overstretch the Skin
Having said that, you do not want to overstretch the skin. Start your wrap at least one inch behind the coronal ridge of the head. Make one or two passes on the same track before starting to spiral down toward the base. The key to keeping the skin straight and not bunching is to pull the skin toward the base with every pass of the wrap. Just pull down a bit on the scrotum, and on the top and sides of the base skin. Then make the next pass of wrap.
The closer toward the base you start the wrap, the more skin you will stretch. The closer toward the head you start the wrap, the less skin you will stretch. Starting at least one inch behind the coronal ridge will give you one inch of internal shaft upon which the hanger can grasp.

18th Jp 90 workout

8 minutes warm up under hot water

20 helicopter shakes

Streches to all directions with 25 kegels while stretching: Kept getting hard during these maybe it is the L-argine and added bloodflow.

10 circle stretches to the left then to the right.

Helicopter shakes,kegels, normal streches to all directions and circle streches done 4x

150 wet jelqs: I did 50 downward+50 outwards and 50 downwards

90 v-jelqs

Warm down: 5 minutes under hot water

100 reverse kegels: front reverse kegels: Still need to work on breathing during these

How it felt: One of best workouts , it went smooth as hell. Kept getting hard during workout atleast in the beginning part of it during stretches. I think it is the L-argine. Switched to downwards and outwards with wet jelqs. Didn't watch porn today at all. I didn't even have tempation to watch it when I had a private moment.
Normal kegels were stronger today and I think I'm improving as far as normal kegels go :bounce:

Hello Purples, I am reading your diary from 2013 to know what kind of routine you followed. Do you think the routine you were doing in 2013 may suit me? Do you feel you've gained a lot following this routine?

Hello Purples, I am reading your diary from 2013 to know what kind of routine you followed. Do you think the routine you were doing in 2013 may suit me? Do you feel you've gained a lot following this routine?

Well I gained well from that routine but keep in mind I was not experienced with PE at that point so they were ''newbie gains''. I think you should stick with your current routine.

After adding reps and more intensity into your routine(if needed) even after that if you are not seeing gains you can try that routine it is actually basic JP90 routine.

Go based on your PI's if they are good continue what your doing if your EQ is lowering your overtraining and need to lessen the intensity or change your PE schedule(on and off days).

Just because I made good gains from that routine it does not mean you will respond the same way.

Hanging workout:

10 minutes warm up(heating pad)

Hanging: 6x20 minutes(13.2 lb= 6 kg)

10 minutes bloodflow restoration after each set: light jelqs, BTB jelqs and slapping my penis against my leg

2 minutes cool down(soaked wash cloth)

Jelging: 10 minutes done slowly

70 reverse kegels

How it felt: Had a good hanging workout today.

With the new wrap on the top I have to take the hanger off more often prior to tightening it up and even after tightening it up.

I do not want any slippage and no pain while the hanger is secured.

I could quite easily handle the current weight and did not have to reduce it at all.

Today I performed four sets during the day and remaining two prior to sleep. I finished with jelqs.

Other stuff: Need to do some catching up with studies as far as pages go yesterday I tried to concentrate on reading but just couldn't for some reason.

Have to just stay in my room and focuse on reading this hard material well atleast I can do my hanging while studying not going to lie it's a bit distracting while you have device attached to your penis.;)

I just need to get into the groove with this.

Going to start using those pills tomorrow hopefully it will boost my EQ for the next measurments.

Well my ultimate goal was 8.5 BPEL and 6.5 EG. I have nothing against going past 8.5 BPEL it kind of depends how the length gains will come.

Girth wise 6.5 seems like a good number and I want to be below 7 inches in girth since that is just too much.

I mean I know this is worth it since I have made quite good gains I'm just staying consistent with my workouts so I can make more gains. :biggrin1:

I think that one was mistake I started at 16 cm BPEL which is 6.3 inches. 6.2 inches is 15.8 cm at most.

Still a big difference to my size not even in my own eyes visually the difference is not that big since I do not even remember how my dick looked back then.

The numbers and measurments show a different picture.:p

I got those pills from the mail. I will see how they will work for a month starting from today and will review them until 18.3.2015

Based on results I might continue ordering them.

The dosage is 2 pills every day for a month and after that one pill for maintenance.

This product is safe to use for long periods of time so that is cool.

I'm not sure should I take them separately meaning one pill in the morning and one in the evening but today took two pills after my first meal.

Will be interested to see how my EQ will change I will keep an eye on it and the next measurments will also show the difference hopefully.:becky:

Yeah I read more and found out it was 8.5 after all :p You had some nice JP90 gains hope to be surprised myself :) You could draw your old penis and put it on top of your current to see the difference :p You should do that when you write your own success story since you didn't take a starting picture.

I know you don't, but rough estimate. Dear friend let me do the math. Your girth was 4.1cm and what was your NBEL? Your glans is around 4cm (just estimate, because I have 4cm and we had almost the same starting measurements) :D

4.1 cm girth that is quite thin penis I do not think my girth was 4.1 cm.:doh:

I suck at math myself but idk where did you get those numbers from?

Congrats Purpleones on your gain I know you have been at it for awhile now, I remember when you first started I glanced at your routine glad to see your stuck with it and it's paying off:).

How it felt: Enjoyed my hanging workout today.

Had to unwrap couple times during the first set and couple other sets being more careful with hanging since I never want to experience slippage.

Wrapping and tightening the hanger until it feels really secure. Also when I start my hanging workout the first set it always the toughest one it's like adjustment set.

Today I performed 3 sets during the day and remaining three prior to bed. Finished with jelqing which felt really pleasant.:eek:
